The room was spacious and clean. Location is perfect, just on the Kamari beach. Hospitable and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. There are many shops and restaurants nearby to have food. Highly recommended !

They charged me when we arrived outside of booking and then attempted to charge me again. No one replies to our questions. The sum was substantially big so this shouldn’t have happened

If I had to complain, I didn’t like the shower. Also there are many clubs in the area, all playing different music.

Staff could have been friendly and while beds on beach were free , you had to take a sun bed at back even though there was loads of empty beds

You are staying at the hotel, you are eating the breakfast and lunch there, you are drinking coctails there… but(!) you have to pay 10€/ person fee to the sunbed and umbrella… every other place it is free if you consume…

They don't allow early check in, but I guess that's understandable because they might have been fully booked, but they let you stay in their huts by the Beach and keep your luggage for you while you wait for check in so that's a good thing.

Wasn't sure who was in charge when we needed help, owner sat in one seat never tried to engage nor spoke any English, like a big Budha! Also I thought there was a pool attached so in retrospect I would have stayed less time or gone to a hotel with a pool.

We requested a room with a beach view and it was well worth it.

It was a very basic room. With that in mind, it met our expectations. No complaints.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was wonderful right on the beach. The aircon was wonderful during a very hot summer visit. Staff were able to accommodate requests throughout the stay and I really appreciated their willingness to help.

Towels were rough. Breakfast service was poor and took a long time for just toast, by one waiter who didnt return when requesting jam etc and wasnt attentive. Other staff were brilliant. Power cuts often left a whole night without aircon- this week in the heatwave was hard! Would be good to have a full length mirror and safe.

Great location! Simple accomodation with all basic amenities and good value for money. Beautiful flowers! Very friendly and helpful young male front desk staff. Accomodated late check out. Modern and clean bathroom.

Staff were inexperienced so things took time. Owner sat in the bar every day working but was not interacting at all with guests.

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and shops plus the beach within 2 mins walk. Fridge in room so we could keep some drinks and snacks in the room. Sunloungers we’re free if you bought a drink or food.

Shower is too small and curtains that keep on falling. There’s not much variety of food in the resto and the crew are friendly but disorganized.

We never saw or met any 'manager', only the bar and restaurant staff. It was very hands off. Nobody asked us who or how we were. Little information. The communal lighting in the courtyard was never off so quite bright at night.

Big room. Clean. Good AC and shower (apart from no water on last day). Relaxed and quiet. Very laissez faire. In fact we never actually 'checked in'. We gave our name and were simply handed our key when we arrived. No more interaction the whole stay apart from one request. Great beachfront location, 20 seconds from the beach. Safe and easy.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets etc. Local buses are excellent to get you around to places like fira and oiua and beyond and very cheap and efficiently run. Our Kamari tours tour for the boat trip day to the hot springs and craters caused by the volcano and lunchtime time visit to thessilla island is highly recommended and also well run with lots of pick up points. The hotel can easily arrange airport transfers for you for 25 euros. A big huge shout out and thankyou's to Eric, Angelo, Marianna and Svetlana who all work at and run nostos beach hotel who will help with any problems and also advise on anything or anywhere you would like to get too. Always with a ready smile to greet you and ask you how your day has been and what you will be doing that day. They are all a credit to nostos beach hotel. Many thanks again to you all. Staff were very helpful with organising tours and airport transfers. Room was spacious with a comfy bed, all the basic facilities including a large enough fridge. Hotel was in a prime location with free sunbeds on the beach and a very cute dog wandering around the hotel/beach area. Would recommend!
