We stayed for 10.days and loved it! Artistic, yet functional furniture, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, bright, huge terrace and a swing. In the center of Plakias, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Loved the sea view! Parking available. One of the best so far.

Everything about this place was perfect. Outstanding design, comfortable place with an amazing terrace all for yourself. We really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended :)

WiFi was a bit slow for streaming videos. The daily cleaning was ok but a bit minimal for the ground. Nothing else, we'd gladly come back to this place should we go to Plakias again!

We stayed 5 days.The homemade decorations are amazing. The balcony is gigantic and super comfortable. The inside has plenty of space as well. The location is quiet, yet close to many good spots for drinks and food. Plenty of free parking right in front as well.

I have no complains whatsoever!

Notus suites is one of the nicest places I've ever been in Greece. The owners Nikos and Maria are very kind and helpful. I felt welcome right at the first met. There was a bottle of ouzo on the table given from Nikos as a gift. The suite itself is fully furnished. The interior design was done in a professional matter. The lighting is outstanding. The kitchenette and the bathroom comprising of the latest state of the art fixtures and appliances. The bed was comfortable. I liked the mixture of the furniture, something traditionell and yet ultra modern. The terrace grants unobstructed sea view. The terrace is very large and equipped with a table, a swing, seating area and a comfortable lounge bag. The tavernas are within close proximity. There is parking on the public parking lot available right in front of the hotel. The distance to the nearest beach is approx. 250 m. The mini market is in beneath the terrace. The central location is one of the highlights. The distance to Chania airport is approx. 100 km.

The family studio has a wall adjoining the cocktail bar next door, therefore maybe expect some noise from the music until the early hours. May not bother some people but spoilt our stay somewhat. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in every way.

Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment right in the heart of Plakias. This immaculate apartment has been beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated by the welcoming owners. Super comfy, super long beds! Free and easy parking right outside was a bonus.

Kitchenette is also very stylish and good enough for a coffee with warm milk, boiled eggs and keep some fruits fresh and cold, but real cooking might not be a bit challenging. But you live in the middle of everything ie you can get something warm to eat everywhere.

Brand new apartment with beautiful beach-style design. Lots of space in the room as well as on the very large balcony. Fantastic view.

we loved everything!!!

from the moment we checked in, Maria and Nikos couldn’t do enough to help and make sure that we were happy and comfortable in their beautiful hotel. we had a massive balcony where we could sit out and look at the beach and watch all the action outside. the rooms were spotless with plenty of coffee, shampoos and other amenities. We would definitely come back and stay here again as it was a wonderful experience. They are extremely proud of the hotel they built, and they should be. it was as perfect of a stay as I could have hoped for.

The appartment is fantastic with a large terrace in the center of Plakias. It has large beds with comfortable mattresses. The shower room is also spacious compared to the default ones. The kitchen unit has pretty much everything you need. We also liked the proximity to the various beaches and got good hints from the nice host where to dine etc. Parking a car is not a problem and it is for free and there are supermarkets close by.

Notus suites is absolutely amazing. It is located in Plakias town centre on the main street in front of the beach. Our apartment was at the first floor with a huge terrace overlooking the beach. It was modern, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner is really kind and the price is great for such a place.

The property seems even better in the reality! It was super clean, cozy & spacious. The terrace is stunning! Even though the street is near, we slept well & didn’t hear anything. You can find anything what you will need for your stay in this flat. The location is really good, everything what is needed reachable by foot. The decorations of the flat needs a separate good word, those are unique & handmade by the owner itself. The owners gave us plenty of qualitive recommendations for beaches & restaurants. We are happy that we have decided to stay here for couple of days. If we will come back in Crete, definetely we would like to stay here again.

Maria and Nikos were wonderful hosts and made sure all our needs were met at all times. The apartment is probably in the best location you could get in Plakias and it's tastefully decorated by Maria, who also make the souvenirs in the shop on the ground floor. The street where the apartment is was very lively and we had a wonderful time in and about Plakias.

We booked this suite last minute the night before we travelled. What a great choice! Me and my girlfriend had a great time and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Starting with the arrival, we met the host / owner who was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He gave us a quick tour of the place and made known that they would be available in case we needed anything. The room was spotless. All areas provided abundant space and were clean with care. The whole room was decorated with handmade accessories, with carefully picked colours and materials that added to the value of the time we spend in the room. The bed is large and the mattress was of top quality, everything one could ask for to enjoy a pleasant sleep time. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, which we didn't make full use of as our stay was short, but one could easily find anything they need to prepare their meals, provided they purchase the edibles. The sitting area was quite comfortable, with a modern tv set, placed in a very convenient position, providing a really nice viewing angle. There was also a separate kids room with two bunk beds that looked quite comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also spotlessly cleaned, the bathtub has a jacuzzi and there is also a walking shower cabin which is quite large. All in all a top quality stay, 10/10. We would definitely visit again, and recommend to anyone.

Everything! We travel a lot and this may be the nicest,most enjoyable stay we have ever experienced. Nikos and Maria are wonderful and make you feel like family. They are so helpful and gave great advice for dining and activities. The rooms are big, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The rooms have huge balconies with gorgeous views and lovely furniture. Absolutely can’t say enough great things about Notus Suites. Come to Plakias and stay here!

Nothing to dislike. Only a stay that was too short for our liking.

What a beautiful suite. Uniquely decorated, shabby chic style, with an accent on “chic”. Maria is so gifted, all the furniture and decor was done by her. Nikos is beyond being helpful and is such pleasure to chat to him. They have a shop adjacent to the suites which is extremely handy. The suites are right in the centre of Plakias so you do get the buzz from it. We loved the unique design, the massive balcony with amazing views over the Plakias bay, extremely heavenly comfortable and big bed, a beautiful bathroom, compact but extremely well equipped kitchen. When you enter the suite, the feeling one gets is that one entered a stylish and serene home. And it is only going to get better with their plans to incorporate food delivery and installation of a jacuzzi of such spacious and beautifully designed terrace. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else, but this place gets booked quickly..😔
