There was a lady who was a bit rude... Especially I just came from Milos - a dramatic difference between Athenian and people from the islands... And there is no body lotion in the room which doesn't make sense, bc for every Airbnb/hotel we've lived in from the Greek islands, all of them supplied body lotion.

Everything was super perfect! Specially the location was nice for any purpose, shopping, dinner, transportation or sightseeing etc. Very clean room and the host gave me a shout well in advance with clear introduction. Three room card keys were provided which were contactless. There were two available elevators and one was directly accessible to Starbucks at ground floor.

Best location for a Hotel in Athens. 10/15 minutes walking distance from most attractions, very big and confortable room with a kichen to save some money on food. Right next to the restaurant "O Thanasis" which was great for authentic greek food for an affordable price. The hotel is 2 minutes walking from a metro station that is connected directly to the airport so it has great connections and there is no need for renting a car if the intend is to visit athens only.

The apparthotel is within walking distance of Monastiraki and the metro stop in the centre of Athens! Courtesy of the staff and cleaning of the structure. New and spacious rooms. We took advantage of a free upgrade so the accommodation consisted of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a functional kitchen living room. Water and wine available for free as well as a coffee machine. Availability of everything you need for the bathroom including bathrobes and slippers. A functional gym is available, which we have enjoyed! Lots of restaurants and bars in the area! We made a great choice with NSplace! Thank you!

There should have been more information about Athens available for the guests just arriving in the city.

The location was excellent to explore by foot the main attractions in Athens. The apartment was newly renovated, modern comfortable. There was a rooftop bar with Acropolis views. Double glazed windows so no street noise.

the unit itself is exactly as pictured but going in and out of the building is just a bit tight and difficult to reach by car unless its early in the morning.

This apartment comfortably hold 5 to 6 people and had great amenities while being in a great location. Extremely clean and close to the metro, super markets, restaurants, and major tourist sites. Highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved the location for our family, which included two little ones. Plenty of restaurants everywhere you turned. We appreciated the timeliness of our driver and his communication with us, which made it hassle free. The apartment was extremely clean & plenty of extras for our family (towels, shampoo, conditioner, coffee). We also loved that we had laundry on site. We had a beautiful terrace to sit and it was wonderful to sit outside to enjoy our morning coffee and view. Overall a great place, aesthetic, comfortable location and safe.

As the location is central, some noises can be heard at night (especially in week-ends). For us, the noise was not loud (tolerable enough), not bothering us to sleep well.

The location is perfect, as the metro station (which allows a direct access to the airport) is a few minutes by walk. Tourist spots such as Acropolis is also easy to go by walk, and Syntagma square accessible by walk or one station by metro (a 3-day metro ticket was very useful for round-trip of airport and unlimited accesses to various spots from the hotel). The staff was very helpful, with nice welcoming, and every contact was easy and prompt via Whatsapp. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Starbucks accessible directly from the hotel. Nearby environment is quite crowded (it's one of the main tourists' spots), but I felt safe enough when I had to walk alone in the evenings.

Ns Place has exceeded our expectations, due to its design, location, cleanness and comfortability. The price was very reasonable regarding the facility. Everything was well thought for us to have a really good experience. The host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely would go back when back in Athens!

Fantastic accommodation; clean, comfortable, excellent location. Athens was amazing and this accommodation was up there with the cities highlights. Staff service was excellent; attentive but not over bearing and always happy to help. Gym is also great!! Small but has decent weight categories and equipment, no need to skip a session. Also the Starbucks available on the ground floor is a great way to kickstart your day ;) 10-15 mins walk from Acropolis and some lovely local craft stores; 5-10 mins walk from Plaka a cool area for food and drink; surrounded by rooftop bars and restaurants with a view of acropolis

A couple of paintings on the walls and a whole body mirror at the hall would have made it even more beautiful inside

Amazing desing, very clean, nice bathrooms and showers, well equiped kitchen, very quiet inside although located at the city centre. Gym facilities quite good. The owner was very welcoming on whatsapp.
