We chose accommodation with kitchenette. The kitchenette was equipped with a pot and pan, but there was no cooker.

Lack of places to put clothes and towels. Would be nice with knobs on the walls. And more drawers. Surrounding neighbourhood not very interesting.

It was all really good

Great staff. Superb welcome from Vasillis and he helped us carry bags and with so many details. Good comfortable room. Great shower. Fab use of facilities at the sister hotel. Good breakfast. Overall a great example of Cretan hospitality. The beach is really nice and it’s possible to get a bus to Heraklion and to the airport very easily. Really great stay

The room was a bit small with our luggage

The location was near the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was quiet away from crowds. The balcony was excellent. The bathroom was fantastic and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Near Iraklion which was a great day trip.

It was our first time in Crete, and in Greece too. It’s a beautifully designed building with really lovely rooms. You only need to walk a minute to reach the sandy beach, or a few minutes to find some incredible restaurants. The staff is helpful and really lovely, they are trying their best to fulfill a customer’s needs. We have had breakfast included with our booking, you can have that at their sister hotel which is like right at the beach, so just a minute of walking, and it is really worth it to book like this because their food is pretty good. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience, if we go back to Crete and Heraklion, we will definitely book at Nuovo, and we will recommend it to others if they need a hotel to stay. ☺️

One of the USB plugs (left side of the bed) did not work. The rain shower was more of a thunderstorm. I think it was broken but the hose part worked.

Very nice hotel, very nice room with a large balcony to eat something with a sea view. The near by Enorme Teatro where the swimming pool is located was about 3 minutes away by the sea. Cocktails and food are delicious and they serve you near the pool or the beach so very nice service.

Service is open, friendly and helpful. Cleaning team caring of rooms and corridors. They care od beds ans pay attention to clean the floors from sand. Breakfasts (in the building 1 minute walking from hotel) were super tasty and service was helpful too.

Amazing stay and to prove that I only went twice to have lunch and dinner outside the resort. Amazing pool and bar experience, prices were reasonable if you think about the service included overall. Very well connected with the bus to go to Heraklion city centre and airport. Few minutes walking outside the resort you can find some local restaurants along the main road, souvenirs shops and little grocery shops. I loved the breakfast included, you could also have lunch while sunbathing in the beach, waiters are there to get your orders without having to stand up. The main pool is also amazing as it doesn’t get that crowded, there are sun beds, sofas, poufs scattered along the pool. Overall very clean and lovely staff! My family loved it, it was a super relaxing stay, I already recommended it to everyone!

Being listed as a self catering apartment is a stretch. There is 1 really small fridge, 1 plug in stove top, cutlery and crockery for 3 people. It was really lacking in utensils, cooking space and a bigger fridge to store more than just 2 bottles of water.

The property was lovely. The room itself was very spacious. Comfortable bed, lovely living room area with access out onto the balcony and a very nice bathroom. Came with a small fridge too.
