.Hotel was really nice, staff welcomed us was also nice and helpfull. We had cold water in the fridge when we arrived and also cofee capsules which was really nice. Good AC, clean room, confortable bed, we had a great time here. Also good to mention that the location is really close to the beach, to the bus station to Heraklion and also a lot of grocery marketsin the area. Unfortunately in Amoudara we didnt liked any of the taverns.. average food and not very honest weighters.

In the sister hotel across the road, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful and a lot to choose from. it was on the beach front and the restaurant and pool area was stunning

Nothing really. The arrangement with the sister hotel (Enorme Teatro) generally works well but staff there were occasionally unclear (unaware?) of the fact we were staying at nuovo, and this led to confusion on one occasion, though this was easily resolved.

Location near to sister hotel with lovely pool and sunbeds on the beach (just need to buy a couple of drinks). Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.The accommodation was of a high specification .

The hotel was close to the beach (I could watch the sea from my bed) but also quiet. It was pristine clean with service every day. Every employee of the hotel is very kind and speaks English well. Breakfast was delicious and the beach totally exceeded my expectations - clean, comfy sunbeds, turquoise to deep blue water, well maintained facilities and it's not crowded like other nearby beaches. We could swim in the water most of the days, there are waves but it just makes it more fun. The pool is also nice and clean. There are many car rental services nearby but it's easy to reach Heraklion or Knossos by bus, tickets are sold in local supermarket. There are many restaurants around to choose from and food is delicious. Initially we have planned to do more day trips but we mostly stayed on the beach and relaxed because it was so good.

The doors seem a bit off, seems like nit completely closed, you can see the light from the outside on the sides and on the bottom of the door. Breakfast in their mother hotel on the beach Teatro doesn’t have good staff, usually they are grumpy.

Very close to the beach, free usage of coffee machine in the room, good wifi, smart tv, nice balcony.

we had no power one entire night.. such a nightmare, place turned into a hell without the air conditioning, couldn’t sleep at all. Even with all the windows and doors open. I would’ve like the toilet to be cleaned better.

We were on the 3rd floor and had a huge balcony just for us. beautiful place, had Nespresso coffee every morning for free. nice view

From toiletries only shower gel was available, but no soap to wash your hands or anything else from toiletries. Would be good to have at least hand soap.

Staff was friendly and nice. It takes 3 minutes to get to the sister hotel beach. Breakfast was good. In Amoudara you can find lots of tavernas and small shops.

Only one thing I can write here which was not so important cause we had gadgets and a good Wi-Fi. There was a Netflix on TV which is not working.

EVERYTHING! We came spontaneously and were exhausted after other trips on Greek islands.. but we was so surprised! I travel a lot but this place I can definitely recommend! a specially for that price!!! I do honest videos about stay-places all around the world. So about this apart-hotel I did even more. me and my family didn’t like Greece at all.. but we glad to find this one for the last 5 days. Only here we would love to come back but for longer. Unfortunately we had to finish our weekend but at least we had opportunity to relax in the end… Kitchen, stuff, facilities (I mean 2 free nice swimming pools near by), the access to the beach, nice view for sunset, nice hookah bar, markets close to the hotel, pharmacy, stuff, cleanliness and this amazing smell of new building and furniture (everywhere🤤), clean towels, wardrobe, suede armchairs and sofa, outside of the lobby amazing garden, in lobby some books in different languages, location👍🏼, terrace (balcon). Usually I’m trying to choose upper floors but here I was happy to stay on the ground one. We lived in the room #104. ⬅️👌🏼 I highly recommend you

I liked the price ( that came with a discount) , the helpful staff at the reception, the spotless cleanliness, the amenities which include international news channels and even a nespresso machine; and last not least the possibility to use the pool, beach facilities and restaurant at the near-by sister property.

At night we found 3 flying cockroaches in the toilet of the 103 room. Cockroaches were coming inside the room from the main entrance of the hotel. Other customers also were trying to help us by chasing them in the main entrance of the hotel. We called the hotel owner to change us the room, she told us there is no availability to any of the partners hotel, she just gave us the money of our stay. We had to find another place to stay on our own, no one from the hotel helped us to find somewhere to stay, it was midnight.
