4 stories no elevator.

First off- this is a true Beach hotel on a delightful island . Picture Hemingway in Key West in the 1940’s. Laid back friendly people. Svetlana is an amazing hostess. Willing to accommodate. Right on the beach, 2 minute walk to the old town.

Simple and traditional. The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food basic but very good. Best feature was its location right on the beach - great for early morning and late night swims. Perfect for a relaxed few days in the sun

The rooms are a little tired. The beds could do with new mattresses or at least a topper. Bathrooms are tight.

The two best aspects of this hotel are the location and Svetlana. The rooms were directly above the beach and several restaurants. Svetlana could not do enough for us and was always on hand for advice or assistance

About the room the cleaning needs some more effort. We found used toiletries and some napkins in the drawer.

The location was excellent. We could spend the at the beach right below the room. Eat at the local taverns or enjoy a cocktail while enjoying the nightlife.

TV and Wi-fi did not work very well

The hotel is clean, in a great location, with a wonderful view of the sea. The communicative owner answered questions quickly and helped in all situations

Exceptionally great staff and service, Svetlana is a Gem, she did all she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, the location is exceptional as well, we went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. Her restaurant offers great Food at good prices and she contacts you via WhatsApp prior to your arrival! You can reach out to her at any time of the day. Rooms are basic but all you need for a perfect summer vaca!

The hotel is few metres far from the beach however it does not have a sitting area by the sea.

Very good location. We had a see view room, the view is just breathtaking! Svetlana was very welcoming, friendly and very kind. We had our breakfast in the hotel terrace with a panoramic view! We really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms had a bit of mold.

The owner Ms. Svetlana was incredibly nice and welcoming. Also the place is in front of the beach, and I mean right in front, all you have to do is go down a flight of stairs.

Nothing , all was good.

Good warm shower , cold air conditioner. Meters away from the sea. Nice restaurants close by , best souvlaki place from Aegina - Pita Tom - close by as well as good cocktail bars , some shops and a bakery. This is for people who prefer the ‘Old Greece’ in stead of the 4-5 star tourist places with all you can eat concepts.

The location is just perfect. Couldn't have been better. Our room had the view of the sea and the waves lulled us to sleep every night. Even though the beach is full of people most of the day, the hotel is a quiet place to stay in. The room has everything you need in it and the staff is friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on their wonderful breakfast!

The location is perfect and Svetlana prepares a wonderful breakfast. She is a lovely person full of positive energy. The restaurant terrace has views of the sea and the food was delicious.

All was perfect

Everything was nice .Room close to. Sea hearing the waves. Mrs Svetlana very kind and helpful.Good breakfast.we recommend 100per cent. Dont forget to taste the super variety of sea food from Acrogiali restaurant below the hotel and on the beach always with some glass of ouzo
