Everything ! the staff was very friendly, great room with nice view on the sea!

I found the breakfast not that great, but of course that's personal preference.

We made a booking last minute and when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the 2 ladies in the reception area, both of them were extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained, the hotel is very new/renovated and we couldn't be more happy about our stay!!! Highly recommended!

Cleaning could be slightly better, the curtains had some grey stains on them, and the shower had some calcar stains, but overall the room, the sheets and towels were clean

Beautiful view, amazing staff, especially at the reception, very comfortable bed, soft sunbeds that belong to the hotel, delicious breakfast with many varieties, very cool lighting system inside the room. Will definitely try to come back!

Not all displayed activities were available due to it being low season. The reception was not always reachable by phone so you had to walk to the desk every time you wanted to ask you question. However, the staff was friendly.

Super friendly staff in the hotel that was ready to help with whatever questions and who helped me figure out what activities I could do during my stay. Also liked the cute little beach front with comfy beach chairs. Also room service was available. So I ordered at the bar and got my meal served in the room.

Comfortable room, the bed not hard enough for me. Internet access not in the room only on the balcony or in the restaurant in the evening.

The welcoming with a lemonade. They took care of our luggage. The breakfast over expectation by the food, the atmosphere and the STAFF ! The same for the food and the STAFF at the main restaurant !

- The system for booking the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas was not super clear at first and did not seem very well organized (limited number of spots, need to book in advance and pay extra even as a customer of the hotel) - A small improvement would be to provide door hanger/ do not disturb sign - Pool not really usable to relax (not much space to lounge in this area)

- Comfortable and modern room (smart TV, drying rack on balcony were a nice added touch) - Right in front of a small beach, with amazing views. Super well located between the ferry terminal and a more lively area with restaurants and shops - The bar and restaurant near the pool were very pleasant - Very good breakfast, varied and changing every day - Super helpful and friendly staff and very cute mascot (Roxy the dog <3)

I think that a banister should be put in on the stairs to the first floor.

Nothing, everything was impeccable!

The location was the best on the island, right in front of Scala beach and two minutes walking distance from the port! The staff was great, they couldn't do more to help at every querie we had. Breakfast was excellent, and I was also amazed at the quality of dinner of the restaurant of the hotel! Such a romantic atmosphere!

The location was so close to the center of Skala, yet still had that beach-y very be. The breakfast selections were great and plentiful. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I think for the price you are paying you should expect the beach beds to be free for hotel guests, but that was not the case, it's 5euro for a set even if you are traveling alone, and it's really hard to get a bed, also the guy charging for the beds is quite rude an uninviting. Also, for the price you are paying you should expect at least a water bottle or tea in the room. But even if there were glasses and a kettle, there was no tea or coffee.

The hotel room was super comfortable and clean, also the shower was AMAZING! Bonus points for having Netflix in the room as well! Overall the room itself was worth the price. The hotel itself was really pretty with a nice pool and beachfront.
