As mentioned in other reviews 1 of the beds is very uncomfortable. Also the couch is not good anymore. The warm water didn’t work when we were there, could not be fixed that quickly which is understandable but there was no compensation or anything offered.

Did not get key information in time so had trouble finding host who has almost no English.Lights over kitchenette out of batteries so had to cook in the dark.

Sofa in living area is very uncomfortable.

Seperate bedroom, well equipped kitchen with dining table, large balcony with great view over Halki. Met at the port by Jimi which was great as the rooms are a little hard to find. Excellent wifi. Plenty of hot water and bathroom products. Lovely welcoming bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

Could do with a mat in the bathroom to avoid slipping when you get out of the shower. Some of the catches on the windows were broken so couldn't close them securely.

Most of the time there was a drain smell in the bathroom so take a peg for your nose.

Host was waiting for us on the pier quite late in the evening (delayed ferry boat) to guide us to the holiday flat . Great hospitality. Very good location near the pier and the center of the small village with plenty of tavernas. Sea view and nice balcony

Shower cubicle not big enough for a large well built man,but not a big issue.

Views amazing, short walk up a hill to the location.Very close to all restaurants and shops. Air conditioning in bedroom which kept it very cool as 38 degrees.All necessities supplied for our 2 day stay, would come back!

A terrible smell of an insecticide like DDT was impregnating the all flat. Overall completely lack of details like for example just writing down the WIFI password for the guests ( you have to twist the modem in order to get it)

The property was not very well cared for. The windows and shutters in particular were difficult to open and close (and lock). There was a generally shabby feel about the place. Things like the toilet cistern was cracked and there was a filthy cloth in the kitchen for washing up. Furniture was a bit of a mish-mash and old.The electrical sockets in the bedroom were in very inconvenient places. The lighting was poor. It had the feeling of being chucked together to make a buck. There was a wonderful view from the terrace but unfortunately no shade so it was too hot to use for most of the day. There was a stand from an umbrella in a dangerous position (a trip hazzard). Replacing the umbrella should have been done. I could go on! Another apartment I had stayed in previously had lots of nice touches and a bit of thought. Not this one. Also, I was ripped off. When I booked the property, ther was a price reduction on the site. I discovered when I was charged that I was charged more than the standard price, never mind the discount. Multiple emails with the owner and Booking.com did not resolve the issue so I had paid about 12 euros per night more than the advertised price. For that extra money I could have got a nicer place. The owner told me ther was a standard price throughout June when the property was actually still being advertised at a lower rate. Once they have taken your money, there appears to be nothing you can do. Booking.com adviswed me that I should have taken a screenshot of the reduced price when I booked. Who does that???

The location was very good (if you can manage the steps up to the property and the rough pathway).
