No cuttlery at all, which was odd. Hot water pressure was low and it took long to get warm.

Extremely nice view. Even though the appartment is located at a very busy street, it is relatively quiet as all the apartments are on the eighth floor.

Unfortunately, like many other reviewers (we knew this going in) but it deserves mentioning - our first three nights were fantastic - but on Friday night the bars were extremely loud until at least 4 a.m. And when I say loud - I mean I thought they were partying next door! If we hadn’t had a 6am flight I may have gone to see what the excitement was! As it was we got 2 hours of sleep.

The apartment was exactly as advertised! It was new, clean, and had everything we needed, plus more! The view was amazing! The location was perfect for us to use as our jumping off point for exploring the city. So close to amazing food!

On saturday the night club across the street started to play really loud music from 00.00 to 2-3.00am. It was the only night that we didn't sleep too well.

Everything went smoothly and the place was clean and nice. The view is really good and the place is at walking distance from the centre. Lots of good restaurants near.

The awful racket from the music venue across the road, from midnight until 5 am Friday–Saturday and midnight until 6.45 Saturday–Sunday. The volume was unberable, and sleep impossible, even with pillows over our heads. While this situation is outside the host's power to change, there was no mention of it, although it was referred to it in a review which we had missed. Perhaps a reminder that the apartment is located in the nightclub district would have helped to chose an alternative.

Everything. A tastefully set up appartment, with everything necessary to feel comfortable for the length of our stay (a week). The view of the width of the sea front with the snowy peaks of Mount Olympus in the distance was magnificent.

There's a club on the other side of the road, loud music goes up until 6/7am, prepare to not sleep on Fridays and Saturdays....

Location was great, the best view in Thessaloniki.

I found the whole apartment to be of a very high standard and was extremely impressed by it. The apartment was very clean and spacious with excellent facilities. There were two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The open plan made for a very modern feel and in the living area was a spacious and extremely comfortable sofa. I travel to Thessaloniki a lot and will certainly look at staying in this apartment again.

Lack of parking is a big problem. Parking fees throughout the city are very high and there are some rules that must be followed. Even though the company provides directions for parking, the lack of free parking is a problem.

The location was very good. We could walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having an elevator was a convenience.

This is not up to the owner but we stayed here Saturday and Sunday, and on Saturday there was a bar really nearby that was playing loud music until 5 am.

We checked in right on sunset and the view was incredible, the apartment was clean cosy and warm.

Being there for 10 days wasn’t provided with domestic service (changing of sheets, towels, general cleaning) Lack of communication doesn’t help. Maybe provide information on arrival with a note indicating what day the apartment will be serviced.

Although the apartment was equipped very well it had no cutlery at all and even after the host asked us how are stay is and mentioned it he didn’t react to as we asked for some forks and spoons.

Highly recommended. Excellent stay which we enjoyed totally.

A little disappointed that the 'sea view' was actually facing a building in construction. Technically we could see the sea from the balcony, but only from a narrow angle. Don't let this stop you from booking though, you can literally cross the street and walk along the seafront. It's not a deal breaker.

Very good location, easy check in, beautiful and modern interior, spacious balcony, comfy bed, everything about the apartment was very nice. Close to the water taxis and to all the good tavernas. Great apartment. Strongly recommended.

Can be noisy until 4-5am as in a busy area - even with the doors closed. Need more cleaning products , cloths to wipe down suraces - dustpan and brush - tea towels and for me an egg cup!

The apartment was lovely, comfortable with a balcony from which there was a ‘small’ glimpse of the sea. There is a lot of building work going on so the outlook is not very picturesque but will be on my next visit.

The apartment's windows are very good in isolating noise. Still, just for noise-sensitive travellers, it's worth noting that there are several clubs nearby, as the apartment is located right in the downtown area, and they do make noise at night.

Amazing view, top location, near all the nice places you could seek for a day or a night out. It was squeaky clean and the layout is super comfortable and convenient and has all amenities one could look for, and then some.

I think the owners should consider changing their cleaning policy. One cleanup for our 7-night stay is rather insufficient (provided the only one was in one of the last days). Some small details that really are a pain is the lack of some necessities such as garbage bags and garbage disposal. The lack of elementary cleanup supplies keeping in mind the cleaning policy above mentioned is not acceptable.

The apartment itself is wonderful, newly furnished, amazing large rooms, large bright bathroom with double sinks, the bed is big enough with comfortable pillows and mattress. The property is air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and pretty much everything you might need even for a longer stay. There is plenty of luggage storage space, hangers and shelves. The location is perfect, most of the top rated restaurants are in walking distance, some are less then 2-minute walk away. The property is located in the party district but is good sound-isolated so if you want to party, you can, but If you wish to rest, it won’t bother you at all lest you keep the windows closed. There are plenty of parking lots nearby ranging from 15-20 eur per day. The location grants easy access to highways.
