We loved the hotel. It’s cozy and clean. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. The location is also perfect, close to restaurants and bars. We loved our stay in Hotel Off and if we return to Chania we will for sure stay there again.

Loved the location of this hotel in the back streets of Chania. We had 2 rooms & both rooms were clean & well presented. Nice to have some complimentary items in the fridge too. Roof terraces are available for guests to relax & the top terrace gives a nice view of Chania Harbour. Bed was comfortable & linen & pillows are a good quality. Staff were all happy & friendly & the buffet breakfast served a good selection of fresh fruit & cooked food.

There is nothing that we didnt like. We were expecting to have challenges with the parking, but it turned out we could always find a public (and free) parking slot on the street below the fortress and by the sea, which is a 3 min walk to the hotel.

This is a small and friendly hotel. It is located on a quiet side street near the fortress, and about 50m away from the harbor and the main walking road. The rooms are spacious amd renovated, and the hotel has multiple terases to chill-out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and sometimes you have a feeling you are visiting friends. The Breakdast is superb - they prepare it from local products only, looks good and its also very tasty. I usually dont write reviews, but this time I simply have to recommend the hotel!

A bit noisy at night due to bar downstairs, but the noise died down eventually and didn't bother us too much.

Very helpful and friendly staff, who were very easy to get in contact with when needed. They were quiet during the season we stayed, so we got to pick our room on arrival. We chose a cute little room with a balcony, which was nice to sit and have our morning coffee. They also have a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel OFF. It’s a very cute area close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful with area recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition. The whole Venetian Harbor area can be a little noisy since it’s a major tourist area but we were so tired from sightseeing it didn’t keep us up.

Exceptional experience! Contemporary, stylish decoration beautifully fitting the historical building. The location is just perfect with everything around you. The team was extremely helpful with car renting, tips and reservation for fabulous dining and next stops around Crete. And the breakfast at the terrace was just the best way to start our day. Lovely!
