- Location was exactly as in description and was perfect for our expectations - Distance to beach is around 300-400m - location has 4 parking lots which helped a lot - location was very clean and host was very kind. She helped us with any request without hesitation.

The stairs are steep and slippery. It may be dangerous for kids. There may be some anti-slip tapes to solve this. Upper floor is too hot. There is AC but it is close to the bed. We didnt feel comfortable to have it work through all night, since kids were sleeping there. We managed somehow. One bathroom is not enough for 4 people but acceptable.

Katerina was excellent. She was very helpful, problem solver and always kind. The location is awesome, just 2 min walk to Golden Beach. There is a supermarket 150m away. There are very good restaurants nearby. The apartment has a modern decoration and has lots of stuff including an espresso machine and toaster. You can find some free drinks in the refrigerator. Katerina explains this as “everybody who comes here is most probably thirsty”. You can park your car anywhere on the streets but this apartment has its own parking area. The balcony is wide enough to have your breakfast. Wi-Fi works well (~8-10mbps download). The apartment is not so huge but fair enough for a family with two kids. We really loved the apartment.

Very nice and clean 2 floor apartment.It’s well equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds and two nice terraces. It’ s a five minute walk to a very nice fish restaurant and the beach.

The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was friendly, helpful and efficient. She was always happy to answer all our questions. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and market.

Sparkling clean spacious and modern. No sounds to bother you at night, really silent ac units. Manual espresso machine. Very friendly hostess. This place comes as described and more. Will certainly come back and it is highly recommended. The room and treatment by the hosts is perfect.

We had no dissatisfaction, didn't encounter any problems. Everything was perfect so we could enjoy the vacation. Nice place, nice people, excellent facilities.

We felt excellent at this location which is near the beach/shops/taverns, big enough, very clean and in a quiet area. We were accommodated in a Deluxe Apartment. The host, Katerina, made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a very nice person, handles any request promptly and you can count on her support. The cleanliness is exemplary, the garden is well maintained and the the apartment is well organized. The fact that the balcony and the terrace are in a diametrically opposite position is a big plus because you can have sun and shade at the same time most of the day and you can choose one according to your preferences. A big plus for the insect nets.

The rooms were very spacious, stylish and clean. We enjoyed sitting at our balcony and garden. The location is also great, close to the beach and also near a supermarket and restaurants.

Our family spent a wonderful time in Oikies Doreta apartment! We appreciated Katarina's dedication to the details in her lovely apartment, especially in the kitchen, where we found everything you might need on a vocation: microwave, toaster, ceramic stove top, coffe machine, big fridge....., also bed mattresses were very comfortable and it helped us feel relaxed over night and had a good sleep. Katarina and her mother were an excellent hosts, ready to resolve any request. Last, but not the least, apartment was spotlessly clean! Thank you very much dear Katarina and Doreta!

The whole experience was great. We enjoyed our one week vacation here. Katerina is a wonderful host and was happy to help anytime we needed. The apartments are in a quiet neighbourhood and super close to the beach. Greatly recommend!

The place was new, modern and everything was very clean. The apartment is just across golden beach so you have the beach within your reach. Village center is 6-7 minutes with a car. Capital city Limenas centre is around 15-20 minutes with a car.
