It was an issue with the hot water, at some point the water in the shower was cold but in the morning it was hot again so I guess that was fine. I think it has something to do with the greek heating system, I had the same issue in Salonic as well.

The cleanliness, and the spacious rooms, we had 2 restrooms and everything was spotless. The apartment was easy to find and it was about 25 minutes walk from the Acropolis

I would prefer it there was a hair dryer and iron. Also, there was an issue with the entrances codes that you need to take care of. However, the staff in the building helped as a lot.

The property was amazing. Spacious and had everything we needed as a family on holiday. Supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops within footsteps.Staff were very quick to responding back to queries and finding a solution.

There was quite noisy from the street, it could be a problem for someone with sensitive sleep.

The apartment was extremely clean, had comfortable bed, a lot staff in the kitchen. Great thing with non-contact check-in with clear instructions. The location is also ok, close to metro station (~10 min) to get to the city center (or ~30 min if you prefer to have a walk), a lot of shops and cafes nearby.

Noise from road, but this is to be expected next to such a big road.

Nice area with easy access to city via short walk to M3 line. Modern apartment style and niceties. Plenty of cafés/bakeries for breakfast options.

Elevator was working to their convenience. They blocked it for cleaning the apartments so it was not Fun to check in and get the stuff 5 Floors up and today 5 Floors down... and the cleaning lady saw us suffering and couldn't let us use it, not giving her the fault but Absolutely non sense. We wanted to check in earlier and they tried but at the end they needed longer and did not inform us. So we decided to go to the place half and hour after check in they were still cleaning and the lady said that no worries the apartment is ready. Which was not true, since Floors were still wet and not well cleaned. Not a good experience if you get an apartment dirty like that.. i say several times they should check and they stated that someone got there and it was clean? I guess i have a different sense of clean. P.S. you better go out the room at point 11 otherwise your room will be blocked and you will waste 30 Min trying them to get you out. I leaved this place and don't want to come back... think about going up and down 5 floors and dirty no thanks

Terribly noisy from the motorcycles at night, too noisy to sleep. Check in is super inconvenient, we spent around 30 minutes at the door on the street to fill in all information and scan passports in order to get the code to go in. Kind reminder that make sure your cellphone has sufficient battery when you do check in.

Supermarket and coffee shops are very closeby. Room is clean.

slow and robotlike employee. when the doorlock broken, They didn't respond for 1 hour and half. I had to contact a manager that I met who had a day off that day. (he did not respond me fast either) And I had doorlock issue in the day 1 either. I saw multiple teams standing infront of their door waiting and trying to contact them. (This is what actually caused me a problem) * doorlock broken, No answer from employee, Couldn't get in * Asked for cleaning, abs late response * Asked for compensation, They said they will gonna comeback for compensation but they denied. * low internet. I asked them for 3-4 times for improvement. No development.

Interiors are nice and comfort.
