Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ChinaIt's absolutely a wonderful and relaxing place to stay in Zante. We can spend our all time in the hotel. The food is great, and there are 3 restaurants here, love the cocktail in the cocoon restaurant which is in the middle of stunning pools. Also, the service is fantastic, people are so friendly and kind. They always smile and make sure we are having a good time here. That's really healing us! Especially the manager Sotiris, he is so kind and positive. He solved our problems really quickly and helpful. Great people here! Love them!

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Wow! What an incredible place. We stayed here for the first day of our engagement and we couldn't have chosen better. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful and designed to perfection, the energy and coherence is truly felt. The staff go above a beyond to make sure your stay is absolutely magical. Breakfast was outstanding. We also watched the sunset and had dinner at Flow. The creatives behind the food and drinks are magicians and I can honestly say it is world class. Everything is consciously and intentionally curated with sublimity. We enjoyed a couples massage in the spa which was ethereal. The therapists were brilliant, so professional and welcoming. We will most definitely stay here every time we come to Zakynthos. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you again next year!

United KingdomIf I had to nitpick - I'd probably say the bees flying around breakfast were a little distracting. They did aim to keep the busy with fruit etc around the dining area. There is plenty of potential for this hotel to cater for fitness as we enjoyed the yoga class but if there was a dedicated yoga space rather than in front of the restaurant and next to a loud air conditioning unit. These are minor things that had no impact to our stay though.
Stayed here for our honeymoon to relax after weeks of preparation for our wedding day. We stayed in a luxury Executive Double Room with our own private pool overlooking the sea. The privacy was amazing and relaxing on the sun-bed was a daily activity. The level of service at Olea was perfection, with their flowy shirts and beautiful smiles they were attentive and had attention to detail during your breakfast and when you checked in. Breakfast was always exciting as the produce was healthy and delicious with eggs made to your specialty every morning. There were three restaurants on-site and they had an app to help you book spa treatment and even access to the gym (so there wouldn't be any overcrowding). Honestly can't wait to return and thank you again Olea All Suite Hotel.

United StatesAbsolutely nothing! I can’t wait to go back!
The staff was absolutely exceptional. They treated with the upmost kindness, and took special care to make my birthday special. The breakfast was out of this world. My room was immaculate, and they were extremely thoughtful and upgraded me twice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an extreme relaxation vacation.

United StatesThe main downside of the property was the gym. For such a luxurious resort, I would expect a larger gym with more equipment. It also had to be booked in advance and availability was quite limited, which required us to plan our days around the gym availability so that we could get a workout in.
The entire property is so relaxing and peaceful. The staff is friendly and everyone goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The food was delicious and each restaurant has a wonderful ambiance. I can’t wait to stay again!

United KingdomNot much to complain about really. The cleaning could be a bit better as I felt the floors in the room weren’t clean, and I found items like a contact lens and a plastic clothes tag on the floor, but otherwise it was fine. Some of the fixtures need a bit of maintenance. Not a huge issue but for a hotel at this calibre, it detracts from the beauty of the place. Finally, the price list for the mini bar as well as the restaurants at the hotel is extortionate. €8 for a tiny bag of crisps, or €18 for a mini bottle of wine is not normal. In my opinion, they would get much more return if they reduced those prices to something more reasonable. I’ve been in 5* resorts in Sardinia and Maldives that charged less. In general I wouldn’t say this is a 5* globally, but a 5* for the area and definitely the best one in the area as we checked out the others as well.
Really beautiful architecture, great pools, and places to sunbathe. Generally quiet as well, most people relaxed by the pool so it wasn’t rowdy and created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff bring refreshments in the morning by the pool which is a nice touch. We also got a welcome and goodbye bottle of prosecco and a meringue pie, another nice touch from the hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We asked for our room to be switched when we arrived as we had been given one by the main pool and it felt too exposed and might be noisy at night. We were given another one within 15 minutes, and our items moved. This made our week there much better and we really appreciated the care given by staff. The breakfast was lovely, with options to order different types of eggs off the menu. But after a week, it can get a bit boring, but that’s not really a point of contention.

United KingdomYour restaurants, especially Flow were way overpriced in relation to the food that was on offer. I was particularly disappointed in this restaurant as to spend over €200 and still be left hungry. The chef was literally providing a few bites of food for €30+ per dish and I’ve frankly never come away from a place feeling so hungry. To charge over €50 for a lobster dish and to find 3 tiny pieces of lobster on my plate is frankly daylight robbery. I expect to pay these prices in London as I often do but I always get a great experience. Here in Greece I was expecting something exceptional and was completely underwhelmed. Also, I was pretty disappointed with the lack of a buggy service from the entrance of the hotel to our rooms. You must be aware that you are perched at a very steep height and to expect your guests to suffer the strenuous walk back up to our rooms each time we venture out to the high st was a bit lazy of your hotel service if Im honest.
Beautifully built residence, lovely combination of water and bamboo. Well kept gardens, fabulous views overlooking the beach. Staff that we met were helpful. Cleaning ladies were lovely and did a fantastic job.

United KingdomThe breakfast’s amazing with a wide range of pastries, fruits, yogurts, etc. The hotel itself is stunning - probably the prettiest hotel pool I’ve seen and it’s truly a place for you to fully relax. The staff are beyond friendly here, Amelia was very professional, friendly and helpful during my stay - she welcomed me with a big bright smile, explained all the facilities in the hotel, and helped me arrange taxis and the floating breakfast with such good care. All the staff are amazing, they remember small details about your preference during your stay and are always there when you need help. I could feel that I was truly being taken good care of. I wish I could stay here for a few more days so I will definitely come back next year for Olea.

RomaniaI get the place aims for elevated dishes and higher food standards, but I did miss some more traditional options. I'm a sucker for taverna-like Greek food and would have enjoyed some more traditional plates 👍 Tsilivi beach is close by, but that was sadly a let-down.
The entire place is a superb private spot to fully unwind, away from all the noise and party spots. We spent a week here in a private pool suite with the sea view and we're definitely considering coming back some day. Food Different than you'd usually expect in the traditional Greece cuisine, but the international options are very welcome and it shows they are aiming for more than average gastronomic standards. I see others complain about the food being lukewarm (it's true) but to me that just means you can eat as soon as it arrives which I honestly didn't mind 🤷 the mini-burgers and club sandwiches are 10/10! Rooms Spacious and cozy. Don't expect business-class luxury, to me it seems like everything here was designed with tranquility and relaxation in mind, from the materials to the color palette used throughout the whole place. Staff Professional but also approachable. They won't butt in unless asked to. They seem to be trained to leave you alone as much as possible, but they prove to be very nice if you start a conversation or ask questions. They are all very helpful and will try to help with any sort of requests. Noise We heard nothing from our neighbors' rooms, so that was good. Airplanes go by, but we got used to it pretty fast. You'll hear golf buggies passing by a group of friends laughing every now and then, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall it's very quiet. Ambiance Music at the breakfast is 10 / 10 (electronic lo-fi), at the day bar they play your usual resort-type, mellow covers. Goes very well with the greenery and earthy tones everywhere. Overall Absolutely gorgeous! This is a one of a kind place on top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees gardens. No matter where you look there's something beautiful to be admired everywhere, be it the very old olive trees, a beautiful lake-like pool or the amazing view towards the sea. This is now my first pick for a completely relaxing getaway

The views, so refreshing and relaxing! Perfect location for a retreat to unwind or rest 5 star Hospitality The food is so fresh, could literally taste that it’s organic and grown in the sun. Such a huge variety and so many meat free options Friendliness with genuine interest, the level of customer service is unmatched… from arrival front desk, back office, restaurant hosts, room service house keeping groundsmen and women. Its very rare to come across such exceptional service literally everywhere. Has to be the best vacation so far… and I’m a seasoned traveller. We go on vacation upto 6 times a year, I always select hotels/resorts with 5 stars if I could give 6 stars would definitely do that!

AustriaThe gym is very small and bookings via an app is necessary for gym and yoga. There were no spots available for yoga tho. Prices at the pool bar are a rip-off (7.50 euros for a small beer)

United KingdomLoved our time at OASH, but for balance: The hotel is at the top of a hill, which is fine getting up and down but it did mean you get home sweaty on hot nights! The planes come over regularly and often late at night and early in the morning, but we didnt really notice this Gym is small and gets booked up quickly because of capacity restrictions
Sensational hotel staffed by a friendly and helpful team. Wonderful pool area with loads of spare day beds all day long. Really couldn't recommend it highly enough was a wonderful visit and we will def return, we've stayed at a lot of amazing luxury hotels in Greece and OASH exceeded our expectations repeatedly. Breakfast buffet (and they offer included al la carte as well) was a joy to walk up to every morning and the AC made the room feel like a FRIDGE!

You could see everyone loved working and taking care of the guests. Breakfast was super delicious. And there are 2 very good restaurants. We had a room with a private pool. Everyday the housekeeping came by two times to make sure everything was cleaned and there were enough towels. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon our selfs.
