Bathroom could've been a little bigger since there's space in the room but it served it's purpose.

Our room was very spacious but that may not be the case for all the other rooms so better to check the room size during the reservation. We gave up sea view for this room and it was the right decision. Because of the negative comments, I was a little suspicious about the breakfast but it is fine, actually better than most of the 3* hotels we've been. People who made negative comments about breakfsat probably expecting a 5* hotel breakfast :P

The beach is not so inviting bu the sunset view on the sea is beautiful and the pool site is large.

The buildings are authentic, the sea view, the gardens, and the location all are great. Lots of nice places to eat are close, in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and so friendly. They even helped us for early check-in when we arrived early in the morning. During the stay it was silent and we had no disturbance from the room next door. The buildings has an interesting shape therefore we had only one neighbour room.

The bathroom of the room was unbelievably old! The bath was too small and a bit smelly. There was an old guy- stays for evening and night shifts-in the reception was a bit grumpy. He was a bit rude sometimes. The service near the pool bar was poor. Also, in such that hotel, they could not provide me a bottle of water at 11:00 pm.

The location of the hotel was very good. 8-9 min to the Molyvos centrum by walk. The landscape of the room was extremely amazing! We stayed at 206 which was one of the three rooms that is directly above the see. Hence, the sunset view was breathtaking. The place with sun-bed & parasols was also nice. You can have your drinks and enjoy the relaxing times.

The decoration of the rooms should be renewed. There are no cabins on the beach. Snack bar hours are between 10:00 - 19:00. You can’t get anything to eat even drink at the hotel out of these hours. There is a beautiful breakfast place by the sea which faces the sunset in the evenings but you can’t have a drink there. It’s a pity.

Location is great. The building, an old olive oil factory is beautiful.

Some of the rooms need urgent renovation. Our initial room was very very old and not very clean, but the staff was so nice and immediately changed to a renovated one during our stay.

It is located on one of the most beautiful towns of Lesvos right by the seaside, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s a value for money hotel.

Pebbles on the beach shore makes it difficult to reach the sandy zone of the sea. There is no dressing cabin to change swimsuits.

Beds a bit on the hard side, which is as it is in Greece. ( Often at least)

A bit worn and thorn in places. But a superb location in the gem of Molyvos/Methima. Breakfast very good. They arranged an early dito for us, when we had to leave early. Walking distance to everywhere in Molyvos. Nice and attentive staff.

hotel has no restaurant after breakfast, pool bar has only draft beer & soft drinks no food. beach is stony, hard to swim. there is a dock but not used.

Rooms are small, no place to change your shoes, because of that and the waves hitting the wall it’s always greasy. But the room cleaning was on the daily basis.

Very nice location, the sea was just under our window. Very lovely and responsive staff. The beach, the pool area and the bar are cozy and have all what’s needed.

The air conditioner blew straight onto the bed, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. No water sports available. At the time of the stay there were lots of Dutch and Scandinavian pensioners staying on package holidays based in the hotel. The town also was probably 80% pensioners at this time of the year(June).

The shower cabin was very small . Also the plastic curtain must be change. A renovation of the bathroom is necessary.
