The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for drinking and eating, the cooking was delicious, and the staff was ready to serve anything we asked for. There was nothing there I did not like, everything was excellent from the owner Mihalis, and the staff and their service and their behavior, very polite and ready to help us with any request we had. I would gladly go back to Olivista hotel to spend my vacations there.

Beautiful and modern design, everything is clean and well maintained (the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the pool multiple times a day). The breakfast was generous and really delicious, every day serving different delicacies. The owner and the stuff were very friendly and always addressing our needs. This is a great place for kids as well, having a small pool for them, playground and a lot of place to run. You also have access to bikes for free. What you see in pictures for sure will be exceeded when you arrive on site. We can say that we fell in love at first sight! P.S. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

Breakfast is until 10:30. We would have liked it to be until 11:00, but we understand the logistics.

Breakfast was a small buffet of homecooked pies, both savoury and sweet, with freshly-squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked as you like. Fresh fruit was on offer, and you can order the coffee of your choice at no extra cost. Frankly, perfect, The pool bar is open from noon to nine with a limited lunch menu but excellent-quality food. Evening meal can be enjoyed at numerous taverns and restaurants all within a 15 minute drive (we particularly liked Agali and Psarokokkalo); for those without transport, there is a perfectly good tavern (Scala) at the end of the beach with great views (10 minute walk from the hotel). The (Superior Double, Garden View, Ground Floor) room was light, with modern design and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, and cleanliness both in the room and in general throughout the hotel was first-class. The hotel does not have many rooms, which gives the excellent pool an air of privacy even when shared with other guests; in fact, when we stayed (first week of August) we often found ourselves the only people using it. The clever design of the hotel and facilities gives the impression of space wherever you are, which we found particularly attractive. The beach {Karavostasi, 3 minutes' walk from the hotel) has sunbeds and umbrellas for rent at reasonable rates (10 euro per set per day) with none of the oppressive management of such we found at other beaches towards Sivota (especially Megali Ammos - give it a miss!). The beach itself is wide, mainly composed of fine pebbles, and the sea is warm, crystal clear and turquoise. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, but what really made them stand out (for me) was their discretion. Always there when you needed them, never there when you wanted privacy and quiet. Our holiday at the Olivista Hotel was as near perfect as could be.

The surroundings are mixed, as in a small village. Apart from MarBella Elix up of the cliff, there are no fancy hotels or tavernas around. Just many gorgeous, over 100 years olive trees and other hotel/villas, houses, not very luxurious. In my opinion, Olivista is the most nicest, modern and comfortable small hotel in that area.

The breakfast was AMAZINGLY good and with a lot of choices which can easily satisfy any taste! Even in 4*, 5* hotels you will not find the quality of the breakfast you have here. If you will visit Olivista, you'll understand why I'm saying that. :) The property itself is new, very, very clean, beautiful and modern, with a lot of attention to each details. From few rooms you can even partially see the sea, although the rooms are not promoted this way :) There are few bicycles to the property, available for free to the guests. The pool and pool area are great and very well maintained! Karavostasi Beach is no more than 5 min. walk and is a nice beach, with a mixture of sand and very small rocks.

Olivista is a new brand hotel, the whole is very comfortable, extra clean and the owner is very kind and attentive to the client. The breakfast is a dream, fresh orange juice, every is homemade. Thank you very much for staying up in the middle of the night. Our ferry was 4 hours delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 3.30 am. The owner kindly waited and introduced us to the room. 200 m from a nice beach! Thank you!

Although we did not have our junior with us this time, the playground could have some shadow.

Modern hotel combined with warm hospitality. Breakfast is home made with different pitas and pastries every day. Rooms are super clean and all people working at the hotel are polite in a genuine way. Well done, we will come back soon 🙂

Have nothing bad to say about Olivista Hotel! Excellent!!

Excellent host and crew! Polite, kind, helpful! Loved the breakfast,lots of options to choose from! Perfect location, 3 mins walking distance from the beach. I recommend Olivista Hotel for a relaxing time for big family like us or couples.
