I cannot stress enough how much I’d recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here for 8 nights and then stayed for a few more at a far more expensive hotel which did not match in any way the Oltremare Inn. Mirco and his lovely wife provide the most exceptional hospitality - everything you could need is catered for - and they are great guides around the island going over and above. The breakfast was exceptional (and again far better than ‘boutique hotel’ offerings across the island). You get a true authentic Greek experience here. The room was large - exceptionally clean - the bathroom was modern and the bed was super comfortable. The location is quiet - away from the crowds - but so close to town via an easy walk and to a fantastic beach nearby within 5 mins. & you have a large quiet pool surrounded by nature where you can hear the birds- so relaxing and peaceful. You must make sure you stay here! I will definitely be coming back.

I wish I would have checked my emails when we arrived. The hotelier was kind enough to come to the port and pick us up. He sent us an email, but I missed it -- completely my fault. When we were leaving, he dropped us off right by the ferry -- extremely convenient.

The breakfast was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to rent e-bikes and tour the island. The supplier dropped them off at the hotel and picked them up there too, so we didn't need to do it. There was a library, so I could borrow a book or play cards -- extremely relaxing. The hotel was off the beaten track which was nice and quiet; however, it was just a five-minute walk to all the fabulous seaside restaurants and bars.

The owners and staff could not work any harder to give you a fabulous stay. The bed was so comfortable, the balcony huge and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing.

Nothing - all as advertised. The only enhancement would be having access to drinks around the beautiful pool but this is something we knew when booking wasn’t available so not a negative, just a future suggestion.

Mirco and Adriana were wonderful hosts who made our stay feel like home. Beautiful rooms, fantastic facilities and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast each morning. We can’t thank them both enough for their hospitality!

We loved everything.

Mirco & Adranna were the most amazing hosts. They welcomed us like family. Took care of everything. Arranged bikes and maps and little packed lunches to eat on our excursions Adrianna was like a prize winning baker off The Great Greek Bake Off. Honestly her cakess!!! A feast laid out every breakfast. They both made our stay so, so special. The dream team, in the sweetest little hotel on the island.

Our stay at Oltremare couldn't have been better. The owners were so warm and took us in like family. Breakfast was to die for and the lodging itself was lovely, nice to find space in a slightly quieter part of town. I just wished we'd had more time to enjoy the pool and the grounds!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Oltremare is a little slice of heaven! We felt like family by the time we left! The owners, Mirco and Adriana could not have been more helpful, charming and kind as well as the wonderful staff, Paola, Federico and team. Mirco is a mine of information about Spetses. The property is beautifully presented and has a lovely pool. Our room was tastefully decorated and had a balcony with wonderful views out to sea and everything we needed. It is in a great location; very quite and peaceful and yet only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Spetses. It also has some great bars and restaurants locally. The breakfast was truly exceptional and all made lovingly each day by wonderful Adriana! After 6 days we still had not managed to try everything. We would highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful little boutique hotel. Easy walk to the town. The owners couldn't do enough for us. Picking us up and dropping us off at the port to get our ferry. The breakfasts were a sight to be seen. I've never seen such an amazing choice. It was endless. Delicious coffee too. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We encountered Storm Daniel when we were there but everyone took it in their stride with no panick and we felt completely safe in their hands. Absolutely stunning gardens and lovely pool. Would love to go back when the sun Shines more. Love love love this place.

Oltremare Inn is exceptional. A beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely location. The owners Mirco, Adriana, their lovely daughter, and wonderful staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Mirco picked us up from the ferry and dropped us there on our return. They went above and beyond. They arranged a motorbike for us too, delivered and picked up from the front door. The rooms are really beautiful, the pool and common areas are tranquil and stylish. The diving board in the pool is a really lovely retro touch. Above all is the breakfast, with homemade cakes and pastries and Greek and Italian specialties served in a beautiful olive grove terrace with lovely pet cats including a delightful kitten named Dracula. They also serve cooked breakfast and, for another luxurious touch, have a barrista serving all manner of Italian coffees. Mirco dropped us to the port to catch our ferry and waited for us until it came. Wonderful people, wonderful place. Stay here if you go to the beautiful island of Spetses.

Great hosts who make you feel at home straight away and are very welcoming. Lovely sea view from our balcony. There’s an extensive choice for breakfast which was fresh and delicious every day. We truly had no complaints. This was exactly what we hoped to find.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like friends. The warm welcome and the endless patient assistance with our questions provided by Mirco and Adriane and their team was beyond excellent. The Inn is just 10 minutes stroll out of the town center and has a quiet neighborhood feel. There is beach access and very good restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and one can just relax by the pool and enjoyed the outstanding breakfast in the hotel with no rush. Each of our Spetses visits have been lovely. Knowing where we will stay from now on makes it even better.

Maybe the mattress was a little soft for my taste but nevertheless comfortable

A great place to stay in Spetses, the hotel is situated a bit outside the port at a quiet location 15 min walking from the center. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice decoration. You have to keep in mind that the shower is inside the room, we knew it before booking and it wasn't a problem for us as we are a couple. The amenities were from local producers. The room was clean and quiet. The owners were great! Very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the port, helped us rent a quad and gave us great tips! The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and very well cooked. They allowed us a late check in without extra charge. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it!
