Sleeping in the living room was a little noisier, as you could hear noise from the road, but it was not busy.

Quiet and peaceful place with a pleasant atmosphere. Each apartment has a view of the sea and a garden with palm trees. There are enough sunbeds and space on the beach for everyone to have privacy. The accommodation and the surroundings of the house are clean and well-maintained. The facility provides towels for the bathroom and for the beach and quality cosmetics from shampoo to toothbrushes, so you only need to pack a minimum of things. A quality coffee maker is a bonus that pleases every morning.

Our experience was simply outstanding! The location was fantastic, easily accessible by car but far from the tourist buzz, with a beautiful beach and crystal-clear waters. The rooms were super nice and exceptionally clean. Nikos was a great host and ensured our stay was wonderful. Without a doubt, we will return and can highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for us, a short walk into the village of kardamaina. Lovely private beach area from the garden. Very welcoming staff- went above and beyond to make sure we had all information needed and that we was always happy. Lovely sea view and sunrise from balcony.

The toilet of our downstairs room slightly smelled due to the sewage system I think.. but it wasn’t too big of a deal. Still lovely and will still book again.

If you are able to hire a car for the duration of your stay here, then this location is great. The property is in a very tranquil, peaceful location. The beach at the back of property is very beautiful and zen. The water is clear and the location is absolutely perfect if you want to unwind and relax. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Property is very clean. The cleaning ladies clean the rooms everyday (at your request if you want to skip). I loved that the owners tried to accommodate my request for a specific room. Very much appreciated! I loved that we were still able to go back to the property after check out and after a day of swimming.. as they had shower facilities and they held your luggages safe. Lovely property, lovely location and lovely staff. Will book again, most definitely.

The bathroom is good, except for the tube in bathroom, I do not see a use for it, and it is dangerous to have a stand shower. They do not have breakfast, which I like to have in the hotel, but this is personal, and room cleaning and towels changes are on a 3 days base.

The location is very good, the property is by the sea, practically “a private” beach. Rooms and bathroom are big. Staff is courteous, mainly the owner, always ready to help finding nice beaches, places to visit and restaurants.

A wonderful calm oasis on Kos. Nikos and his family are amazing, helpful and kind hosts. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. The next town is a 20min walk or a quick bus trip away and has lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. The beach is fantastic and very quiet. A lot of other guests are returning every year and I'm sure I will be returning too.

It was a special place to celebrate my birthday. Nikos and his family gave me the most warm welcome I could have. Friendly, profissional and helpful, Nikos gave me all important information regarding the island. I had a spotless room with sea view. Everything was perfect. Crisp linen and towels ( included beach towel), shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, ecological toothbrush and toothpaste! The beach is “private”, I would say, just 1 minute walking from my bed. And there are trees as umbrela! The only noises I could hear were the sound of waves and cicadas. Total peaceful and sunny place where is possible to watch a stunning sunrise. It’s is a real gem in Kos. Totally in love and already missing that place. I higly recommend and I say Thanks a bunch to Nikos and family for everything. I will be back!

Again a wonderful stay in Olympia Mare. Olympia Mare is amazing. It is a place full of peace and relaxation, where you can enjoy life completely carefree. The location right on the crystal clear Aegean Sea is just as fantastic as the beautiful nature, the wonderful garden, the comfortable apartments with great sea view and the very nice and hospitable owner Nikos. And all this only a few steps away from the wonderful beach... We love being there.

The apartments were off the beaten track and so very peaceful. I swam in the sea everyday just a few strides away from my room. The view was amazing. The supermarkets ,walking distance, nearby were excellent. We used the buses which stopped outside. Our host was excellent always available to help from a distance.
