The rooms . many parts of the buildings and pools were poorly maintained. It was definitely not a five star accommodation. Also there was a plastic pipe that ended in the beachfront were a Grey smelly water was poured in the see.

Breakfast was excellent. Location on the beach perfect, with lots of space and comfort. This kind of beach is unique in greece. Service at the beach was also good, especially by the waiter Florian.

The bedrooms were disappointing, felt aged and needs some TLC and modernisation. There was a ikea type draw at the entrance which was worn out/chipped at the bottom. Old safety deposit box and small fridge. All the a la cart restaurants were booked up days in advance, if I had know I would have booked in advance of my stay. However we were meeting friends at the hotel who live in a different country, so waited until we were together to make detailed arrangements once we had a feel for the place (it’s our first visit!) I would expect it to be possible to book at least a day in advance.

The communal areas were absolutely brilliant! Very Greek decor and felt very luxurious Buffet was excellent food and variations (& normally I don’t like a buffet service!)

Little things: Room furnishings not quite up to date. There are no towels in the gym. And unfortunately the price is also quite high by now.

This was an all around happy package! Amazing good breakfast. A really lovely location. It was our second stay here and we will come again.

The rooms weren't cleaned properly. More so the bathrooms where thinck dust and hair were just left in the corners and even under chairs in the main room. A little run down for a five star resort.

The pools and the beach were perfect. Staff were always nice and helpful. Food was really good to with a large variety to chose from.

If you are not into the full board there are limited options with the nearby reasturants. Most of them operate from 19.00-23.00 so either you have dinner at that time or nothing.

Breakfast was quite good. quite ok for a 3 days stay having several variations.

Really nothing to dislike or complain about, but let me state the obvious: the resort's potential is bigger than what is offered at present. Renovation of rooms is long overdue, it is obvious and visible without special attention. The renovation (and re-imagination) will make the experience even better. Functional elements need to be reimagined and made intuitively available to match what people expect from a room in a five-star hotel. The shortcomings of the room fittings will not stop anyone from having a great vacation here, as one will use the room for sleeping, and enjoy most of the day in the fun places around the resort.

Great resort with fantastic landscape and exceptional service. It is impressive how a resort of this size can sustain exceptional service throughout all points of customer interactions. This is not a boutique size, 10-people hotel, this is almost a small town size resort with hundreds of service personnel. From the very welcome point, we were greeted with smiles and kindness, and the willingness to provide exceptional service extended throughout our stay in all points of room service, restaurants, pools, aqua park facilities, and beach bars service. Kids are very welcome, they can do tons of fun stuff around the resort in a safe and organized manner.

We stayed for 3 days and we were not able to book to any of the restaurants as all were fully booked. The Hotel need better maintenance and upgrade in the rooms. Seems already quite outdated.

Breakfast was nice and tasty with a lot of selection every day. Many facilities and places for kids to play and enjoy. Not crowded. You must visit the SPA!! The staff were superb, extremely friendly and very polite. 6 stars for the Staff of this Hotel!!!!!

The building needs renovation. Ventilation system was operating poorly we could feel cigarette smoke from other rooms (it is allowed to smoke inside the rooms), beach bar staff close the bar earlier than it is mentioned in timetable with no explanation and denied to make drinks. Restricted SPA facilities (no pool or sauna) due to Covid.

Good location on a spacious private beach. Polite staff in the main restaurant and reception bar. Exceptional sanitising and PPE in the main restaurant (individual gloves and masks + hand sanitizer). Bravo! We felt absolutely safe and protected. Very delicious food with plenty of choice.

I think it is a little overpriced for services given, especially in Covid season where there was no room service and you had to reserve for dinner. Buffet looked nice, but taste did not follow the looks.

The spa staff was not always on top of things - friendly but not necessarily offering all the services one would expect (a certain massage was fully booked for the entire month of August, which indicates a shortage of staff, hairdresser did not have colouring options for allergic people etc.), but the masseuses were good. The room we had (a superior bungalow with sea view) was in need of a renovation here and there: for a five star hotel it was a bit basic and did not feel like up to the standard (basic furniture and lighting, old air conditioning, not much storage space (only a couple of drawers for three people), plain beige tiles in the bathroom, shower in the bath tub, plugs only located under the table in front of the bed (very inconvenient), TV in front of the mirror, garden not well tended).

The hotel as such is beautiful and well located, the beach is well kept and spacious, facilities are very good (although due to Covid we could not experience the spa at its best). The infinity pool is very nice. The sunset views from almost any part of the hotel are fantastic. Staff (as usual at Grecotel) are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The restaurants are also very good and the opportunity to book in other nearby resorts is much appreciated. The Aqua park is a plus for families with kids. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and would recommend the hotel.

The power sockets in the room had to be treated with care. Pulling the plug out without care caused the whole thing to come out of the wall. Just so you know :)

Especially the outside part of the hotel, in which most guests hopefully spend most of their time, is extraordinary beautiful. Infinite pool with an amazing view, 2 more nice pools with perfect depth to play in with a ball or something. A few stairs down is where the sandy beach is located. Shallow beach with a sandbank 100m out where the water comes again to hip level, very cool. Also very cool were the tattoos this blond German lady had on her shoulder, amongst other places. Maybe she can leave a comment too :). All in all really loved it. I’m looking to go again in August.

We liked everything!

Fantastic hotel with more things to do and food to enjoy that we could have ever had time for. Also - the most family friendly hotel we’ve ever been to, with some of the kindest, most helpful staff in the whole sector. Didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t kind and who didn’t helped us as soon as they could.
