My car was hit in the parking of the hotel and I paid 300 euros for that. When I tried to get actual footage of the hit there answer was “we offer parking lots and not security”. What 5 star hotel in the world does not have security camera in their parking area! This was really bad experience.

Our room was on the second floor with a ‘Seaview’. From this floor, half of the view is obstructed by a horrible looking veranda area in front of the balcony that was layered with an awful fake grass and surrounded by a dead garden. You had to look over this to see he ocean. I expected more for $500 odd a night. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had stayed here on our wedding night. The hotel knew this but no one acknowledged it.

I loved the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. I loved having a spa pedicure with Maria. She too so much care. We also dined at the al la carte restaurant on our first night. I can highly recommend it. I couldn’t fault any of it.

Definitely not a 5 star, the rooms had a smell. We got moved to another room which was worse. Air conditioning also didn’t work. The hotel is in urgent need of a refurbishment. The reception and common areas are fine which is deceiving!

Unfortunately the private heated pool in our suite was cold as ice so we couldn't use the main attraction of our room. When reaching out reception, they told us that it's not heated in this time of the year. The spa is extra charge even when you take the most expensive room that the hotel has to offer. We had to ask for room service twice since no one came for two days straight (even though we hang the "please service my room" sign) and we ran out of shampoo and soap. We had Maintenance issues with the bathtub that wasn't fix while we were there

The food was wonderful. The staff was very kind and service oriented. The location is great with a private beach. The room is huge. The all inclusive plan was great.

We had a lot of problems with the noice from outside when we were in the room. You could hear people talk when they passed by and the cleaning staff in the morning. We also had problems with the aircon, been waaaay to cold. We got this "fixed" the second Day but it was still cold and we had to turn it of All the time. Things and places that they had on pic's and in the description was often closed more than expected (fx the rooftop area which didnt open until after 20 or the pool are which was only open between 10-18 ect).

The hotel was Nice, clean and pretty. Most of the staff was Nice and very friendly.

The shower head was awful. For a so called 5 star hotel it didn't work properly.

Stayed for 4 nights. Every day we had breakfast it was cold. Good options but the warm buffet was not warm enough to enjoy. Staff was kind and friendly.

Spa - rude and nothing worked. Horrible Private pool - bottom of pool full of stones and dead flies room had leaking sink, wardrobe lights didn’t switch off at night, and room had an unpleasant damp smell Some of all inclusive options and meals were a bit budget Nothing about the hotel feels 5 star - at best some of the reception and room/pool etc look 4 star, but most of hotel is almost 3 star Beach has no refreshments and not enough loungers Pools are small and not enough loungers Staff in elea restaurant - not enough, hardly any meet and greet or banter, including from restaurant manager. Tables not laid and slow/no service at tables for dinner or breakfast. Everyone seems understaffed and unhappy No fizz welcome on check-in Only small one size fits all robes No coffee jugs at breakfast - self service machine only Got stuck in Rhodes Town in afternoon with an injured ankle and no taxis - phoned hotel for help and they wouldn’t book us a taxi to take us back to the hotel Aircon in room week Ages for taxi to airport

One of the outside pools are extremely cold, definitely need to change the temperature of the pools depending what time of year it is. Not able to wear nice shorts to dinner, we were sent back upstairs to get changed, but many people won’t bring trousers when it’s extremely hot. Drinks are very expensive at the roof top bar

Very clean hotel. Staff are very welcome. The lunch banquet and snack banquet are a great idea, lots of food options.

Fruits and.vegtables not very fresh All the dishes with pork, beer and.chicken were overcooked and.dried I booked a family suit for 3, in the photos they show 2 single beds +king size but you ger a double bed ans a sofa bed. So 2 had to sleep together The Entertainment was poor

The property is seriously worn out. The staff was not entirely welcoming and helpful. Couldn't get a bottle of water through roomservice. Breakfast was poor quality. Beach is overcrowded, with staff not cleaning it up before day start (so people reserve their place by placing their towel). Very poor value for money

- All Swimmingpools are small, only for chilling not for swimming - Kids Club really small, only for max 4-5 children inside - Food quality needs to be improved, especially breakfast (80% of hotel guests were either over 60 or below 25 during our stay in June:-))

I liked that it’s quiet and you can relax and enjoy your stay there , there were many kinds of food , they prepare it to all guests , there is no such a thing that you don’t have something delicious to eat specially the brownies 😍😍
