Hotel has 2 types of bungalows. Superior bungalows are closer to the beach and beach bar and it’s nice and renovated, with private sun-beds in front of bungalow. Standard bungalow need renovations, they are old and with bed small and without sun-beds in front , in last few rows You will have total different experiences in this 2 bungalows. Also there is 2 parts of the beach- one near the beach bar (working time 8-15) and one near the pool and pool bar (working time 15-23). Property collaborate with one German agency and for people who come with that agency is reserved beach near the beach bar. They have red bracelet and their all inclusive package includes cocktails. Other guest get yellow bracelet and all inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and also drinks in bars (different kinds of coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer, vermut, whisky).

The property has a private beach. Solid food, 5 different meals for lunch and dinner (one pasta, risotto, soup and 3 kind of meat) plus ice cream and 3 kind of cakes. Very friendly staff, they speak English, German, Serbian. We came just for one day (their last working day this season) and they gave us free upgrade for bungalow in first row just in front of the beach.

The food was good (surely not the best we have eaten, but still, good), but the variety was small. Also, some trays in the buffet were being emptied and were not refilled quickly. The working hours of the pool (10.00-18.00), the pool bar (15.00-23.00) and the beach bar (10.00-18.00) were not very comfortable. If you wanted to be at the pool in the morning, you should go at the beach bar (which was about 150m. away) because the pool bar was closed! If you wanted to be at the beach in the evening, you should go at the pool bar and not the beach bar! And also... why did the pool close at 18.00? We suspected that all of this took place so that the owners would not hire 1-2 more people. But that fact, did hurt our experience. Also, the "all inclusive" part seemed a bit... cheap, when it comes to drinks: Bottled water is not included in the "all inclusive" stay??? REALLY? Every Greek knows that 1 bottle of half a litre water costs 0,10€ maximum, and you have it excluded IN SUMMER VACATION? Come on guys, let's be serious! You could take water from the tap in a glass, but not bottled water. Also, cocktails from the bar are excluded from the "all inclusive" package. So... you could not order a mojito, but you could order a glass of rum with ice and lime! OK, if it's a must for us to know all the recipes of the cocktails, I have nothing else to say...!!! The use of plastic glasses was way to exceeded. All the world seems to be careful about the enviromental issues and yet, in Olympios Zeus, the plastic glasses were way more than the glass ones. Would you like water? A juice? A drink? Take it in a plastic glass, and f*** the environment! To sum up, as I said above... This place could be an ABSOLUTE 10/10. But it isn't. Although the employees seemed to give all they had for the guests to have a good time. Maybe the owners should consider some thing way better.

When we arrived, everything seemed to be excellent. The location, the cleanliness, the small distance you had to walk to go everywhere, etc. This place could be an absolute 10/10. But when we started noticing some details, the 10/10 became more like 7/10. Still, during our stay, one parameter did not fall from 10/10 to 7/10 and this was the staff. Everyone was always with a smile on their face, ready to answer all of our questions, ready to help us with anything we needed. Congratulations on this!

Our room was facing east and from early morning the room was very bright despite the blackout curtains. It was very sunny in front of the room so we couldn`t use the chairs in the garden, not until sunset.

Great location, great place for family holidays, nice and variety food to choose from, nice and polite staff in the restaurant and the bar# having your meals at the restaurant outside right next to sandy beach everyday and being able to have a drink at the bar while your kids are supervised from the life guard by the swimming pool, is something enjoyable and relaxing in the same time. A big thank you to the staff. Will go again

Very nice place with fantastic staff.. Food this year is OK, but last year was fantastic Last year menu was for 10 this year is for 5 points Reception staff is professional and helpful Housekeeping is doing wonderful job,every day Only thing that you need to work on is Bar working hours.. You have 2 bars and only 1 is working.... It is very annoying to walk from pool area to bich bar for coffee and water..on 35C Janis from pool bar is very professional and have attitude that makes guest to come back next year

While we were all on the beach laying on the sunbeds, manager of the hotel came on the beach and started yelling that people with yellow braclets should dislocate to the sun beds on the other side, the sun beds that we were on were only for “exclusive” quests. No one told us before that there is such “rule” and the sun beds for the tellow bracelets were full. Not enough capacity of sunbeds as there is rooms for quests.

The room was not like it was advertised on the pictures and a few parts of the surroundings could have been kept up with better.

Although, it is the 3-star hotel, rooms are out of date. The bungalows are overgrown with weeds. The surroundings of the pool are maintained, only. Finally, it is unacceptable that the variety of food is reduced after 10th of September.

Location, beach and pool are excellent. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Food is delicious. The variety of food corresponds to a 3- star hotel. Wi-fi is available almost throughout the hotel. Generally, worth the money.

Meals are excellent, every day different, a lot of fruits, free drinks all day near the pool and beach. Free chairs on the beach. You have a place for a car. 24h front desk. All people were smiling. When you pay all inclusive you do not need more money.

The bungalows could be in better condition. The biggest problem here is that what you see when you are booking on the photos is not what you get. And what irritates the most is that people pay the same money and what you will end up with is lottery. Some bungalows are in better, renovared condition than others are in bad shape. Some are in a really safe, green area with trimmed grass and better surrounding where children can safely play, while others up in the hill, on the farest point in the resort... Some basic cutlery, glasses or cups for the room would be also nice.

It is great especially if you are up for a nice calm family vacation. For this short trip we were aiming exactly for that and we got it. We paid for all inclusive and the only thing we needed extra was drinking water for the room. The staff is great and full of patience what is really important especially when you travel with a 2 year old child. The surroundings are great, the beach is spacious and clean. The pool and the area is great. The food is good - what you pay is what you get, you can't expect too much, but various enough, there is soup, coffee, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, sea food, deserts.... The restorant and the cutlery were very clean. What surprised me the most was the internet connection. We are use to have a lousy, lousy internet in Greece, but this time that was not the case. The Internet was actually very good, even though some of the people accomodated in bugalows in further area clamed that they had problems. The place is ok. Not spotless but clean enough. It is good value for the money.

Some of the rooms were out of date, very old, changed new PVC doors and windows, but furniture was not that comfortable. We were told that towels are changed every second day, but we have to ask for that afer third day.

The beach is exelent, the staff too. Food was delishious althought the choise was limited, but it is fine, there is variety. Nice place to relax and enjoy.

The accomodation is not as given on pictures. What you see are the renovated bungalows but in reality you could easily get an old one with terrible toilet and slightly different room and beds (for us it was important to have a double bed without any wholes in between because sometimes our baby sleeps with us, but we got old beds just put in together with a huge space in between). The balcony and the green environment are as described, at the evening is nice and you feel like you are in nature all the time. However, be careful what you see and what you get. Another thing is the cleaness of the toilet. Although our room was cleaned every few days, we got new sheets and towels, however, they neved ever cleaned our toilet in a 10 days stay.

The breakfast was as in every normal hotel. Decent, with many options to choose from although boring at the end but at least everything was fresh and nicely prepared and could satisfy everyone’s desires for type of breakfast that you eat when you prepare by yourself.

The biggest dislike from my side is that room was lacking mosquito net. I cannot understand why this isn't included in every room considering that there are a lot of green areas on the property and it is close to the water, so it is logical that there are many mosquitos. Food could have been more various. Grass wasn't trimmed when we arrived.

The resort is on the beach where sea is clear and nice. Stuff are polite and helpful. They are cleaning the room every day, and changing the sheets and towels frequently. There is a lot of natural shade on the property. Wifi is bad in the rooms, but we didn't bother that, signal is good on the beach and in the restaurant.

Food quality is medicore, drinks at breakfast are not drinkable. Rooms have small windows and lack of daylight.

Swimming pool is excellent but working hours are 10:30-19h. Nice nature between bungalows. Beach.

Some of the staff were a little grumpy. However, there was one in particular who was just so lovely and pleasant.
