The building is traditional and old and although very carefully restored, there is no lift for the upper floor. It is a little pricy.

The hotel is very nice and the people very friendly. It is an old traditional building with design details. It is like a trip in time!

a shower would run out of hot water quickly and the breakfast was very minimal

There was no kitchen but the staff are happy to help and the stairs of death to get up the the hotel otherwise it’s amazing!

The staff were lovely, the breakfast included was a treat.

There should be more privacy (old doors and an empty space above the toilette door, means you can hear everything)

The owners and staff were really helpful and the location was perfect. It was just back from the square so was quiet but close to nice tavernas.

The rooms and the building itself could use some refurbishment.There is no sound proof at all, and the breakfast is very basic.

Nice historical building right in the heart of Ermoupolis.Old fashioned vintage furniture, clean and comfortable rooms, high ceilings and overall, cosy atmosphere.

The brekfast is poor but if you ask they will give more. However it coud have more variety especially for the money you pay.

Close to the center, many steps but the Ermoupoli city is full of steps and stairs. Great building, sure it needs some refreshing but I prefer that I stayed an authentic old building and not to a fancy modern hotel.

Nothing really. If your room is on the upper floors you will have to walk the stairs as no lift. But reason why no lift because you would ruin that lovely old house

Staff could not be friendlier. It is a beautiful historic building to be appreciated. Very quiet area and close to all bars and restaurants

Be prepared for a climb to hotel, but easy to access main features of town from hotel location. Thought that breakfast hours could be more consistent.

Stately old home converted to hotel. Wonderful feeling of spaciousness and elegance to common areas and rooms. Well cared for by staff, from reception, cleaning to breakfast service. Beautiful garden area where breakfast was served and I could store my bike safely.

Bed sheets were not changed until we requested to do so. That happened at the 3rd day of our stay. Lack of basic accommodation e.g. drying loft, although that was somehow solved with a rudimentary solution. Generally, could be cleaner!!

Decent breakfast, close to the most central square of Ermoupoli (Miaouli Square). Very Friendly staff !!

One of the best hotel stays I've had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The old but impeccably maintained building and room make you feel like you're part of the history of the city. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to all interesting parts of Ermoupoli.

Very charming owner & lovely staff. Elegant, classical mansion with spacious, traditional furnishings. Sweet courtyard garden where we had a nice breakfast. Peaceful & calm. We had the sea view suite which was so comfortable and had magnificent views out to sea. Easy, short walk to main square, shops & restaurants

Hotel needs a massive renovation. It seems that no maintenance has been made for very very long time.Air condition unit was very old as almost all of the furnitures. Certainly very poor value for money choice.

The building was beautiful and elegantly renovated, the staff friendly and discreet, and the blankets super cozy! Very close to the main square, the port, and all the spots for food and drink. Also, very quiet and calming environment.

Little hotel in an old house in Ermopouli with all the style with all the charm of the 19th century. Large staircase, high ceilings, painting on the ceilings, old firniture and mirrors. Close to one of the main chruch and close also from Milaoi square. Quiet place. And the basket of loukoumades in the hall
