The staff were helpful and the wifi was excellent. The location is perfect if you need to catch an early morning ferry. The downside of this convenience is that it is very apparent when the ferries come in. You will hear them so you won't be late at the harbour. This is a budget option and excellent value for money.

In the harbor, a few minutes walk from ferries, also walking distance to restaurants/cafes etc. Reception can keep your luggage after check-out if you like. Balcony is nice if you are viewing the harbor.

The location of the hotel is very good,it's in the city center, 2 min. to the port and 5 min.to the city center by walking, There are many parking places around it. The room and especially the towels are very clean.

It was very convenient for the ferry, and the city. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Plenty of hot water. There was a safety deposit box in the room.

However I could not have asked for better service, the owners were incredibly friendly and could not have done more to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Really enjoyed my stay, they were always happy and friendly and recommended me things to do whilst at Chios. I would love to come here again and can not recommend this hotel enough. Usually I don’t write written reviews, however my stay at this hotel was exceptional!
