We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GreeceThere are no words to describe how amazing this hotel is. From its strategic location that no other hotel has- within a walking distance to town (only few steps away), the majestic views of Astypalaia town, the size of the atmospheric rooms, the jacuzzi on the balcony deck, to the warmth of the owner Mihalis- who literally goes above and beyond to please his guests with his generosity on every aspect making everyone feel at home, the wonderful breakfast and the kindness of the staff. Look no further! this is the definition of home away from home.

United KingdomEverything was absolutely perfect. The team was helpful and we had everything we needed to begin our holiday.
Our pick up from the airport was coordinated and we were driven directly to the suites to collect our key and welcome information packet from Penelope. She provided information on local eateries, beaches, best practices, etc. and she remained in contact throughout our stay. Our room was gorgeous and the jacuzzi on the terrace a perfect way to take in the beautiful views. I will second the recommendation of another traveler, book directly with Oneiro Suites to be able to pick your room (and skip the middleman).

But what made it even better was the staff's willingness to assist us with anything we needed, from a very early transfer to organizing activities and suggesting the top locations we should see. It was quite convenient for us to rent a car directly from the hotel's company as well. A literal "oneiro."

Everything… to start with, Michalis, the owner, helped with the airport pick up and the car rental. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was fantastic, we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every day, and the hot tub was a plus. The location is very convenient and only a short walk to the Chora for food and drinks as the most popular bars are located around. However, you will need a car for going to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; they sorted our jacuzzi temperature, cleaned our room everyday and they were always available if we needed them. Pinelopi went above and beyond by assisting me with my surprise engagement proposal, which made the holiday memorable for us. Thank you all for such a lovely stay! We would love to visit again!

United KingdomWe booked at deluxe apartment. The photos on booking.com for this room type show a range of rooms some with very large terraces with lounging areas and breakfast table. We were given a room with a tiny terrace which only just had room for the pool and two deckchairs. Whilst the room was massive there wasn’t any table to eat at inside. We asked if any other rooms were available and were kindly moved to a smaller room with a slightly larger terrace. I would 100% recommend booking directly with Oneiro as it turns out that you can select your exact room on their website (but prices of rooms vary). This makes me wonder if some of the room photos on booking.com are deceptive and ever allocated to booking.com customers! Subject to booking directly I highly recommend staying here to anyone. Another small point is that the booking.com description advertises hobs in all rooms but there are no cooking facilities, which was fine for us as we didn’t plan to use them.
The position of the property with views of Chora is amazing and the property is beautifully decorated. The staff are lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Free transfer to and from the port. Option every day to choose what you would like the next day for breakfast with a good choice of cooked eggs, pastries and cakes. We truly had the most relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave.

GreeceThis is how greek hospitality should be. Location perfection, balcony view perfection, breakfast perfection, cleaning : perfection, communication with the facilities and reception girl ( penelope) perfection. Communication for extra amenities- such as a small boat to go to the islands around 😂- perfection! We would choose Oneiro suites again for sure. Many many thanks 🙏🏻 we had a blast!

United StatesNot really a criticism but there is some steep walking to get to/from the property just to be aware. But every amazing view requires some work :).
Owner Mike was very accommodating given that my ferry arrived early in the morning. He picked me up & brought me to the property! The property is incredibly beautiful. Each room has an attached Jacuzzi overlooking the island. The Jacuzzi was kept nice and warm given the windy conditions making it an amazing experience. The view cannot be beat. The shower had good pressure. The bed was comfortable. There was an Illy coffee machine which I now need to buy Because it made the best coffee!!

United KingdomExcellent hotel facilities, amazing view of the town, very spacious & comfortable room and very friendly hosts. Everything was perfect - they gave us advice on restaurants, beaches, boat tours of the island and helped us with pick up from the airport & car rental. They were also very kind on providing an extra treat for our honeymoon and a goodbye gift. Will definitely recommend and visit again!
