I really liked everything and have no complaints! My only recommendation would be to change and clean the pool water more often.

I rarely give entirely positive reviews, but the hotel indeed exceeded all my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly, they allowed us to check in two hours early as we arrived earlier than expected. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and nice shops, bars and restaurants. I certainly recommend it and would stay there again!

Mirror above dressing table would be good, street food menu at the cloud bar would be fantastic (if you didn’t like the pop up restaurant menu offered you had to eat down stairs)- that said staff were amazing and remembered our preferences.

Clean & spacious & had a pool

Clean spacious room, handy to have a roof top pool to cool down in. Close to train station (2 minute walk) & 30mins by taxi to airport.

Rooftop coctails are filled with ice. Rooms could have narrow spaces in some areas. Neighbourhood was a bit skecty at our time of visit bunch of new construction works were in the area.

If there is something to 'complain' about it would be the size of the room. We stayed 2 night so were very lightly packed but for a longer stay I would recommend a bigger room than the standard one. The location is somewhat on the outside of the center, but not a problem if you take a taxi, just so you know the taxi's count 4€ extra if the hotel calls for you.

Very very good selection for food at the breakfast, but also the possibility to have an any time a very nice selection of different dishes. Cocktails and fresh drinks are very well made, in the lobby and at the rooftop bar. Extremely helpful staff, even if they had disappointed news, I hadn't reserve a parking but they very nicely gave me a perfect alternative. Rooms are very modern and stylish.

Friendly staff, Great location, very clean and great facilities. very good breakfast, restaurant for lunch has excellent food but (for us) it took almost 40m to get it... the roof bar is very nice at evening for a drink or food.

Sadly the pool was closed for a private event on our second day, and noise from the street was surprisingly loud considering how good the windows were.

The hotel was a nice boutique/trendy hotel. All the smart features worked for us. Super clean, nice staff and super comfy bed. Breakfast was great!

The high tech features didn’t work so well - the app wouldn’t download to my iPhone; the control tablet in the room was dim and hard to read; the wall buttons for lighting were confusing; my bill on the TV and tablet was totally incorrect but everything was fine when I settled up so there was a glitch somewhere in the system. And bizarrely I had to ask for the hotel wifi password. A small PRINTED guide in the room would help or much better information on the first page of that tablet in bigger print. Finally, I wish the roof top restaurant would sell the downstairs food and not be limited to the Japanese menu (excellent though it is)

Very helpful staff at welcome desk and some nice funky features throughout the hotel. Very good but reasonably priced food from two restaurants. Lovely roof top bar/restaurant. Wireless speaker in room.

You need to pay extra for parking in hotel's garrage. We were charging our electric car the whole night but when we come in the morning it was not charged. Turned out some problem with horel's loading wallbox.
