Peaceful and central location. A few meters away from Victor beach. Great management, room kept spotlessly clean during whole stay. Bright and airy room, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, kitchen equipment, good sized balcony, Tv, ..... There was also a safe in our room that was large enough to meet our needs. You can find various places to eat quality food within a hundred meter radius.

Everything was sparkly clean, great location, amazing view, clearly a lot of effort was put into making this a quality accommodation. Had an espresso machine with some complimentary capsules, complimentary water and wine too. Also Marina downstairs was so welcoming and helpful.

That we stayed too short!

Our host was super kind and helpful. She spent almost a full hour explaining where to go and what to do in Kos. She even did a reservation for us at a local restaurant. They gave us beach towels even w/out asking. The rest of the crew was also very helpful, kind and super nice.

The only missing item from the kitchen is a kettle and maybe a small microwave. We had leftovers from the restaurant 2x and could not heat it up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to the housekeeping staff, who work very hard keeping the apartments spotless. Great location, close to the best ice-cream bakery and restaurant. Beautiful view from the room. There is a lift as well in the building.

The lift & bathroom is small but it didn’t cause us any problems, so no faults!

Had a nice warm welcome by the host who took her time with us and didn’t rush at all. She gave us a map of Kos and marked out where the best spots are for tourists. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no problems. Luckily we went for the sea view room with balcony which was beautiful, definitely worth it! All staff members were helpful & friendly. Excellent location with some restaurants right next to the property and it’s not far from the main town. 100% recommend to everyone! :)

The balcony did not get any sun. This is no fault of the property owners, as it is the position of the building at this time of year. The shower has no curtain or door, so water gets all over the place - not a massive problem but I would prefer an enclosed space. Otherwise, everything was great!

We loved our apartment which looked directly over the sea. The location was perfect. It's about a 5 minute walk from town along a lovely seafront promenade. We enjoyed making breakfast every day in our little kitchen and really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. The views are amazing!
