More choice at breakfast and a wider offering available for lunch, although there are plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away.

The Ostria was a pretty little hotel steps away from the beach. We were met with a smile at reception and although we were early, we were invited to use the amenities while we had a short wait for our room. Every day our room was meticulously cleaned which was a bonus with small children. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very clean and perfectly maintained. The daily breakfast was simple but adequate for our needs. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful little hotel that we would visit again.

We have stayed here for only one night but everything was just great. The lady who received us was very nice and polite, the apartament was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was for every taste, the pool was clean, the garden was beautiful. The one thing we dind't enjoy was the coffee because was with a flavor and sweetened. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definately come back next time we will be in Skiathos.

The property is located back from the road so very quiet but also conveniently located for the short walk to the beach and the bus stop. The room was spotless and large. The grounds are very well maintained, pool area very clean. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Aircon a bonus and included unlike at other properties. Simple but adequate kitchenette if you want to cook. Great to have breakfast. I often had the breakfast room to myself at 8am! I was on holiday with friends who stayed at other properties but Ostria was the best by far. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Big thank you to all the Team at Ostria for making me feel so welcome 🙏

The mattress was a bit soft, but other than that, there wasn’t nothing to dislike.

Our stay at Ostria was absolutely wonderful!! The whole property is so pretty and so peaceful. It’s set back a bit from the main road so it’s completely quiet, yet it’s close enough to the street that you have the bus stop about 3 minutes away and many delicious restaurants all around. The pool area is very clean and pretty. The pool isn’t the biggest but completely enough for the fact that you are on an island with so many beautiful beaches. The rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious. The balconies have a lovely view, the bathroom is newly renovated and there is even a kitchenette! Breakfast at the hotel was also lovely and had many options. Eggs, bread, cereals, sweets, meats and many more. Maria at the breakfast is a sweetheart. And Anna, the owner, is such a fun, sassy and sweet woman and is so helpful as well. She helped us rent a car for the day, and recommended many wonderful beaches and restaurants. Overall, all the people that worked at the hotel really made you feel at home. The hotel is situated in Kolios which is a really ideal place to stay. It’s about 15 min from town by bus and 10 min from koukounaries by bus, so it’s so easy to get everywhere, yet it’s a lot more calm. There is also a market right around the corner that has everything you may need. So overall it’s truly a wonderful hotel. This was our first time on Skiathos, so we didn’t really know where to stay and just ended up deciding on this hotel, and boy are we glad that we did! If we ever come back to Skiathos, we would definitely love to stay here again. Seriously can’t recommend it enough!!

Lovely family run hotel. Very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast served over looking the pool. Staff wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Ideally situated away from the main road so no noise but close enough for beaches, local restaurants and bus routes. Very helpful staff who organised the hire of a scooter for us. Cute little dog. A truly wonderful stay - thank you.

The gardens were very well maintained. The pool was also great. The accommodation is located 100 meters from the beach. A multitude of tavernas are between 50 meters and 500 meters away.

I loved everything about it!

This was my second trip to Ostria and I love everything about it. The location is perfect, but the setting is absolutely stunning - beautiful lush green gardens make it the perfect relaxing location.

A chemical in the pool was making any white costumes go a greeny colour. Pool very clean and well maintained.
