No hot water from the shower! I called the reception. They told me they would fix it and in ten minutes I could have hot water. But no, I had a cold shower. And it was cold that day! I wouldn’t complain if it was sunny that day.

Great location. I think it’s the center of the center. You can reach anything you want from the location.

Nothing - we’d reviews and our expectations were met.

Location is the best and very easy to find. Really wished we’d booked a sea view room; our class of room could have city/side view. We got the worst city view but that’s the chance we took. Balcony was big enough. Breakfast provides enough choice to have something different each day. The coffee was good but there’s also Nescafe if preferred. The hot options can become a little cold later in the service though. The dining room carpet needs some attention as there are a few trip hazzards. Lovely view from the first floor. The small lounge, cafe bar and restaurant are lovely. We used each if them during our stay. Staff were ok; a special mention to Anthony who performed a number of roles and was lovely. Few things needed attention on arrival (missing balcony chair/coat hangers/safe left locked) but were dealt with promptly when Reception were informed. The hotel is older style and a little worn around the edges in places but our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was large and we slept well in it. There was plenty of storage and the lighting was good. We had a small table and a couple of chairs. Air con. was good. The bathroom was perfectly fine although the paintwork on the ceiling requires a bit of attention. Toiletries were provided and replaced along with fresh towels each day. Housekeeping was great.

When I booked this I saw parking was available and reservation not needed. When we arrived we had to land the car on the side of the road and reception said that the car park was full. If I knew I needed to reserve I would have! Reception could have been more friendlier! We managed to find a few car parks in the area but 15 euros per night which was fine but lugging your luggage through the streets not ideal !

Air-conditioning being turned off in the middle to the night. And that each room can not control the temperature in their room. Its controlled by a main server. So why does each room have a temperature control board? Go figure. We ended up leaving after one night. One staff member was understanding, however the handyman that looks after the building who tried to make out we were stupid regarding the air-condition was an arrogant pig in my books.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection but not good much. The location was fantastic. Right on the sea front and short walk to shops. The hotel was ok, as expected. Great value for money. It was very clean though!

Hotel is poorly maintained. Bathroom door was damaged and taped to repair. Hotel interior is dark and seemed not to be very clean. Poor value for price.

The Bathroom was Awful !! Door Taped together and full of holes.When closing it made a lot of noise.Sink full of ingrained Stains .Holes in Bath.Dirt marks at the end of the bath.Toilet Seat not fixed and uncomfortable etc etc etc. A very UNSATISFACTORY Experience. I have been a Customer of Booking.com for many years and never complained before. This is a 1 star hotel.I am seeking a substantial Repayment !!!
