The room was not soundproofed and noises could be heard from the adjacent rooms and the corridor. The heating was an old micro air conditioner and it took a long time to heat up the room. The radiator did not work with outside temperatures of 10 degrees in the evening. The furniture was old but functional. The bathtub had mold in some places. WIFI signal was not strong enough. Based on all the above I mentioned, the price of the room was expensive.

The location of the hotel was very close to the castle, shops and restaurants. There was also available parking in a private area of ​​the hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. The 2 twin beds were comfortable.

The smell of our room on the top floor was really bad and it made us feel uncomfortable to sleep there. The rest of the space seemed clean but the smell was awful. We were only staying one night and didn’t have time to ask for a room change I believe it would have been possible if we asked.

The hotel was near the center and reasonable price. It had the balcony we requested and parking area. Easy check in and out.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city's attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And the free parking was a huge bonus, allowing me to explore the city without worrying about my car.

It was dirty - lots of dust and hair under the bed - with little children who constantly throw and drop things it's easy to see. Everything was old and worn out. The rooms are over the street, which is busy and noisy. The beds are totally uncomfortable. We stayed for only a night but it wasn't an experience I would recommend.

The location is nice. The hotel does have its own parking, and the family room is perfect for a family of four.

front desk was rude

Location Location was good, near to cafes, supermarket and medical stores. However it’s bit far from the lake side. Rooms Rooms were very big with all the facilities. Breakfast was normal nothing special. Staff We had some issues with the toilet flush on one morning and when I informed the same to the hotel staff I was surprised with their response. Instead of helping or give me a some assurance that it will be fixed later the response from the front desk was “what we can do about it “. Common guys when your guest is in trouble with the hotel facilities you cannot give a response like this. This is a very good example how one hotel staff behavior can create a negative impression on you. I’m a traveler for the past 10 years or so and this is the first time a hotel staff responding to me like this.

Squeaky beds that were moving left and right as the castor wheels were loose, were a disappointment. The bathroom was tiny and not well looked after. The rooms are in need of renovation.

The hotel's location is very central and in a relatively quiet street, which is great. There is also free parking which is essential in Ioannina due to the lack of parking spaces. Hotel amenities are also fine.
