Perfect beach location close to the restaurants and bars of Nydri. Staff were great, Nikos from the family owners was there and was very friendly and helpful. Other guests mainly regulars and all very friendly.

We had an amazing time in this amazing place. The hosts, Dina and her family are all so nice and friendly. We stayed in an amazing sea view room where we enjoyed the sunrise, the sunset, the sound of the waves. Everything was perfect! So grateful we spent our honeymoon there. Will definitely come back soon.

Very clean, comfortable, and the staff very very polite and nice!!! The location also was excellent!! On the beach and next to the walking road full of taverns, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and souvenir shops!!!

It’s a beach front hotel in the center of the town of Nydri, very much accessible to anything—groceries, the port, stores. The property have a parking spot in their courtyard as well. Our room was cleaned everyday. Important thing to point out is Dina, her family, and her staff welcomed us with great hospitality that we have never experienced from other hotels. They are always available to help and make us satisfied. We felt like we were welcomed in a home not in a hotel. They were such a gem! This hotel was a great factor that made our trip to Lefkada memorable.

Location is great, top floor rooms are amazing (but lift only goes to 2nd floor of 3) and hospitality of owner family was wonderful; such a lovely family. Always smiling and helpful.

To us our stay at the DELUXE SUITE WITH SEA VIEW at the PALM TREES HOTEL was perfect :-) Looking at various hotel's websites and descriptions you'll basically find the same wordings and services everywhere when booking within the same class: but in the end it's actually about the execution and atmosphere on location - and THAT is what the PALM TREES is about :-) The PALM TREES HOTEL is family owned and managed. Dina (owner, manager, wife, mom :-) is the "head & heart" from our perspective offering an outstanding atmosphere and services: - fast, individual and above all helpful communication prior to arrival (rental car, various needs) - accurate and honest room and service description prior to arrival (photos of rooms, size, no fake angle fotos etc.) - highly individual oriented service on location (arrival, needs, snacks, sun beds, room service, departure) - priceless feeling of being able to feel at easy and be yourself :) - clean, comforting surroundings (rooms, reception area, breakfast, garden, beach) But the most important: a real family atmosphere. Of course it's a hotel and about paid services (what else) but yet we had the feeling we could be ourselves and where treated as friends visiting. Of course that type of behaviour and approach is not a one way road. You get what you give emotionally :-) So, from our perspective: come and feel relaxed in a nice and protective atmosphere! 100% recommendation on all levels! THANK YOU!

A suggestion: more diversified breakfast - focused on specific products - grec pies, olives, oranges, greek cheese etc.

This is actually the most honest 5* rating I ever gave. What's there not to like...a family owned business, with one of the most friendliest members. Must confess, we had a great vacation and thanks to you we didn't have to worry about anything in regards of our accommodation. Additional to that...best English breakfast I have ever ate in my life (compliments to the chef), along side some of the best views you can get for having a break fast. Keep up the great work guys! If we ever come back to Lefkada, we won't have to think twice about the accommodation.
