Small hotel pool No Cocktails in all inclusive (just local drinks)

Seaside view is a bit noisy because of people and traffic.

Amazing hotel. The location was incredible. The food was delicious and having drinks included was great. The pool was nice, and a walk across the street puts you on the beach.

The all inclusive alcohol was a big disappointment. From my understanding it is common for hotels to water down the all inclusive alcohol but it seems they went too far on this occasion, this felt like I was like drinking non alcoholic drinks. I drank 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine and didn't feel absolutely anything, and this is coming from someone who hardly drinks in general and usually gets tipsy on one glass of wine! The indoor swimming pool was located in the Spa and was only available to Spa customers at extra cost, this was also disappointing as it was the pictures of the indoor pool that persuaded us to chose this particular hotel. The outdoor pool was free to use for all guests.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough! The property was located by the sea so the views from the restaurants were absolutely beautiful. The food was very nice and there was a sufficient amount of choice. We always felt satisfied at meal times. The room showers had steam machines within them which basically transformed the shower into a private steam room. This was a very pleasant surprise. We also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.

Difficult to find anything.

Location was perfect being right on the beach. The restaurant was most welcoming. Staff were exceptional in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Hot tub on the bedroom balcony was perfect, clean and switched on every day. Although out of season (Nov-Dec), there was an enjoyable and varied buffet breakfast. The evening meal was an impressive choice, cooked individually. In season, we understand there would be the usual full buffet. We intend to return.

Better indication of food that is suitable for vegetarians would be appreciated though the staff were helpful in pointing out meat free food.

I loved having my own private jacuzzi on my terrace. The staff were very friendly and surprised me with a gift of a bottle of wine for my birthday. The location is very close to the beach and the local bus stop. I was there out of season so the area was very quiet as a lot of places were closed.

Out of the hotels control but the mosquitos. A mosquito net in the rooms could be a good option. Unfortunately the person who works in the spa wasn't there during our stay, so we weren't able to book in there as we'd have liked to.

The room was really lovely, the hot tub worked a treat and the bed was really comfortable. The lady at reception (sorry didn't get her name) was also extremely friendly and helpful. She even brought balloons and a bottle of wine up on my birthday 🎈 Breakfast was included and yummy. The portion size at dinner was also huge, the meals were delicious.

The hotel is located right on the beach. Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and the breakast offers a wide selection. Helen, the manager, was so kind and gave me a free room upgrade. I highhly reccomend this hotel if you want to stay close to Heraklion.

There is only one small disadvantage: the pool is small.

Really lovely hotel with great staff. I booked with dinner, which was really good food, every night. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Very big and beautiful garden. Also it’s one of the very few hotels in Greece offering half board or full board all year, since this hotel also stays open in winter.

We came here for our honeymoon week and boy did it not disappoint! We were greeted with such kindness from the very beginning, had red love hearts put all over our bed, and on the last day of our stay, the staff treated us to a very delicious dessert and a thank you note for choosing to stay with them. This is all on top of the free drinks and the incredible free food! We certainly got our moneys worth and wouldn’t think twice about recommending this amazing hotel.

I loved everything

The hotel is located at first line at the sea. The room was very clean and beautifully designed. The pool at the room was lovely, the bed is comfortable and big. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Sara and Nikos at the spa were polite, friendly and did they're job perfectly. I want to thank manager Elena for her kindness and generosity and support, she is wonderful person. Also I want to thank Malamo at the registration for her kindness and patience. Everything was great about our stay, I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation
