There was nothing we didn't like, we would go back.

Had a great couple of days, it was the beginning of the season so very quite which worked for us. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a great hit!

Spa was expensive to use (€30/hr) building works for their new suites next door annoying. Tiny pool which was closed. Bar area too smoky. Real orange juice for breakfast only at an extra charge.

Sea front location, newly renovated rooms, lovely spa. Sea view. Nice bar area. Plenty breakfast choices. Very polite and helpful staff.

The room was very nice. Good shower and nice balcony facing the sea. We got a free upgrade from city view to sea view. The reception area and bar area were pleasing. All in all: quite good!

The first room we were given had a shower door with glass which didn't offer any privacy for showering. However the staff offered another room with a closed off bathroom which solved the problem. This may not have been possible however if attending the hotel in peak times.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upgraded to a superior sea view room on arrival with no extra charge. Hotel is very modern and is in a great location. Good facilities.

The fact that we didn't know the season had ended for the beach and didn't get a chance to get in the water at all even though it was directly facing our hotel Seaview room.

It was absolutely amazinggggg. The receptionist Dimitria went above and beyond for our room to be exactly what we wanted. The energy that she showed us was absolutely wonderful. Best hostess I've encountered thus far in all my years of traveling. We truly appreciated the attention anddddd the suggested places that she gave us to go see and experience. The manager was also wonderful because both of them gave us exactly what we wanted out of the stay. Plus, they offered free parking space for the guests, which was definitely an added bonus for us there. Not many hotels offer that option.

We loved everything. There was nothing one could fault about the hotel. Facilities, food and staff are excellent. The minute we walked in staff were friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by an extremely bubbly and helpful receptionist who instantly put a smile on the faces. All staff were nice at the hotel and there were a few that were extra lovely and went above and beyond. We were shown to our room and they had our jacuzzi preheated for us so that we could enjoy it as we arrived late in the evening. The lovely receptionist gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as we were a young couple in the romantic suite. The hotel and rooms are decorated fabulously and are extremely clean. All details have been thought of . The dinner and breakfasts are delicious and there are so many choices to suit for everyone. All the catering staff we met were very nice as well as the bar too. The setting is lovely right by the beach and there are loads of places in the hotel and outdoor bar to sit and look at the panoramic views of the ocean. I would 100% stay again.

unfortunately the receptionist with the braid and glasses was rushing us all the time , she didn’t mentioned about any facilities of the hotel , we didn’t knew even that hotel had a gym and not even the check out time , even on the check out she could ask ? how was your stay , she just said you have this amount to Pay ! unfortunately I’m in hospitality and I know how the things work and she could improve for her best.

Housekeeping were not so on top of cleaning our rooms. Had to call/ask to remind them as we were not getting a daily change of towels/bedding.

There aren’t a lot of food options for vegetarians/fish dishes. However, Ali (the chef) came to the rescue and offered to cook something different. The restaurant also gets quite busy at dinner time so we decided to come later.

The location was right on the main strip in Hersonissos. Staff were very friendly. Private outdoor jacuzzi was great! Ali, the chef went the extra mile to provide pescatarian meals which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and modernly decorated.

We had an incroyable experience in this Hotel. All people are so kind and joyful. We would like to thanks especially our Dimitria for her good mood. She had take care of us like queens ! The view on the sea from our bedroom was really incredible. The cherry on the cake is our own jacuzzi on the terrace. Really awesome ! Bisous, Bisous !

When we arrived (even though it was late at night) in the hotel the girl at reception, Elena she welcomed us with a big smile and she was kind and very accomdating. She explained everything we needed to know and we felt welcomed immediately. The room was huge and comfy and we had all inclusive so we truly liked everything they offered. In our second day we met Dimitra she is so smiley and professional in her work she made us feel special and we truly appreciated it. Huge bonus for the hotel. She is very welcoming , so we truly wanted to mention that. Congrats for her. Manos is a young boy who helped us with the luggage and he was really friendly. Mr nikos made our last night special and was ready to help anytime about the food. We will definitely return and we hope Dimitra and Elena will be there again.
