Only thing I could ask for is non-dairy milk alternative with breakfast. Wasn’t a big deal as there’s a couple of supermarkets about 30 seconds away so I could quickly grab some.

Very central location in Plaka, near lots of restaurants and tourist attractions including the Acropolis. The owner is very obliging. He met me at the property and showed me around and provided good info on the local area. The room itself is a good size with a clean bathroom and large deck with a table and two chairs. In the room, there is a fridge stocked with a variety of breakfast items. There is also a coffee machine, a kettle and a sandwich maker. There is enough food provided for both breakfast and lunch.

Fully satisfied with the accommodation, but we'd recommend to install microwave oven in the kitchen.

Ideal location in the very heart of the city centre, just couple steps from Monastiraki Square. Despite central location, there's atmosphere of privacy. Kitchen corner is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Upon our next visit we'll probably won't search for alternatives.

I wouldn’t recommend it to elderly or infirm as there are two flights of stairs to get to a couple of rooms on the second floor.

The property was in a fantastic location close to eateries, sights and shops. The rooms were clean with everything you needed. There was a fridge and and a generous choice of fresh fruit, yogurt, water, bread etc replenished daily. Very Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and a really nice balcony to enjoy the view.

I thought the breakfast would be hotel-style. But all the ingredients and appliances are ready in room as "do-it-yourself" room. But in the end it was positive. Use of the terrace with a view and a private breakfast with no time limit :-)

Excellent property and stay! The location could not have been better. We stayed in the Grand Suite with Balcony. The size of the room plus living room was great. We had plenty of room which isn't always the case in Europe.

Room was on 1st floor and there was no lift/elevator so you have to drag your huge luggage on foot and that was such a pain.

The room contained almost every required electric instrument (toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, egg boiler, oven etc.). Plenty of food items were available in room only plus also a wine bottle. Room size was good with a nice shared balcony. Our host Christos was amazingly helpful. Though, we couldn’t meet him in person but he was very lucid in explaining everything.

Our room was very big and clean. We stayed there for one night, but it has everything you would need for a longer stay. There is free food in the refrigerator, and you can make yourself breakfast with eggs, bread, yogurt, ham and cheese that is provided by the suite. An unexpected but pleasing surprise was the bottle of wine in our room gifted to us by this very nice man called Christos.

Shower enclosure was difficult to keep water from spraying all over the floor. And with the Apollo room the partial Acropolis room has a wonderful terrace and you can see partially see the Acropolis but over what is a rather decrepit building.

Christos made the arrival so easy and the video how to access the room was much appreciated. Also the attention to our daily breakfast treats and requests was amazing. The location is wonderful! We loved having a terrace and the partial view of Acropolis.

Great place to stay; most local attractions/places to visit was within walking distance; plenty of options for shopping and food all around you; the host - Christos was very forthcoming and helpful; for B&B, they provide food that can make you last the entire day if you want to !! Owner - Elias was very responsive to my messaged thru booking.com Loved the place and the stay.
