The bath room was a small and could have been ventilated a bit better. There was limited cooking facilities but we didn't want to cook anyways so what was available was ok for us.

This was such a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect - right opposite the sea and slightly out of the main town and into the local area. There was a few local bars and restaurants 10 mins walk away and the main town about 20 mins walk. The host was super friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Balcony with a sea view. Air conditioning worked well. Car parking just across the way. We was very happy there.

Location? We liked the fact that it wasn’t right in the city but we needed to drive to dinner which wasn’t very far.

Elena was very welcoming, meeting us upon arrival and showing us the apartment, explaining everything we needed to know. She provided us with bottles of water and something light to eat with our coffee in the morning, until we could go out for breakfast. Elena was always available to help in any way. The porch overlooking the sea was an especially wonderful place to enjoy sunrise and have happy hour.

Excellent seaview. Studio close to the centre of Zakynthos, 15 minutes walking. Very nice little beach with clear water in front of the studio. The studio was clean, with a kitchenette furnished for breakfast or fast meal. Host very kind and available for every informations

The property is a bit aged, especially the bathroom and the plumbing. The room is basic but the bathrooms could use a remodel.

The host is always very friendly. There is free parking nearby. There is also a very small beach within minutes and it's mostly visited by locals. Its very peaceful and was a nice change in scenery compared to the other beaches on Zakynthos. The room is nice, the balcony has the most amazing view; you regularly see boats, yachts, etc sailing by. It's private. It's easy to get to the city center by car or taxi. We also walked, it was about 30 minutes.

Fabulous seafront location, with balcony facing the sea. Spotlessly clean and rooms serviced every day. Bedlinen and towels changed every 3 days. Family run and fabulously friendly hosts, Elena was on hand to help with any questions you had…she arranged taxis and car hire to come to the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble!

Wonderful little spot about just outside of town, which was perfect since the town is quite loud. There are a couple of nice bars, and cafes right nearby and even a little beach. The hosts are very friendly with great tips and advice.

We loved everything 💜 We stayed for 20 days The room is comfortable and very well maintained on a daily basis. A small private beach just opposite is excellent and so peaceful ⛱️ The location is perfect for access to the beautiful town and harbour of Zante. It's just a half-hour stroll along the promenade, with a few traditional tavernas on route. Elena and George are the sweetest people, very helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the island.. we hired a scooter and were able to visit all the fantastic places recommended.. We arrived as guests, but we left as friends. Highly recommended 👌 we will return 😀 xx

We spent 3 days there, the room was clean and comfortable with a great sea view. Elena is really kind and friendly, she suggested us several places and restaurants, helping us during our stay. Even the last day after the check out, she allowed us to have a shower before going to the airport. Really appreciated!
