You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThere could be more dishes in the kitchen. A lot of mosquitoes in the evening, although the room was equipped with a plug-in anti mosquito device it is recommendable to bring a spray or a stick.
Perfect location, exceptional sea view from the balcony to fully enjoy a morning coffee, comfortable beds, the room size is optimal for two people. Very clean, the staff cleaned the room and changed the towels every second day. Good parking and safe for a motorbike.

Nice view to the sea from the balcony. Very close to the sea, 2min walk to the near by beach, and 10 min to Alikes. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The towels and linen is changed every three days. Hot water all the time. Kitchen well equipped. The owners are very kindly and willing to help with anything you might need. Thank you very much!

BulgariaBefore we arrived we needed to transfer a deposit for our stay. When we got there we had to pay the rest. They don't have a POS terminal so it was either cash or a bank transfer again. We opted for a bank transfer. The transfer did not arrive by the end of our stay - we provided all the necessary proof of payment etc, but their bank did not confirm receiving anything. We were being pushed every single day to contact our bank and tell them the money has to be there in the afternoon (or else...) That absolutely destroyed any relaxation that might have occurred, not to mention they even almost walked in on us(you know... Young family... Away from the kids for a while...) Finally, we had to pay cash AS WELL. and currently, our accommodation costs nearly twice as much as it should, because "their bank did not receive anything". Hopefully, I will be able to dispute that transfer, but I am not holding my breath. Throughout the whole stay, they did not change our sheets or towels, claiming they explained that we need to ask for a change. Which isn't shared beforehand. Edit: We finally got our money back. Something went wrong somewhere along the lines and the transfer took 18 days to arrive. We got it back immediately after, so kudos to the owners.
The hotel is at a perfect location where you have access to everything(beaches, town center, taverns, etc. ) pretty easily. It has private parking that is pretty convenient as well.
