Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

FinlandTruly an amazing place, perfect spot for a family vacation. Location was on a peaceful spot in the mountains, private pool was 120cm deep all around, so it was ideal for kids. The host was amazing and helpfull. 4* on the location is only because we didnt rent a car (a service that the host did offer) and walked to the town for shops and restaurants.

United KingdomThe location is fantastic, close enough to the local little town and supermarkets etc but tucked away enough to feel secluded and peaceful. The villas are stunning and very well equipped, lots of towels, washing pods, water in the fridge etc. The cleaners came half way through our stay to change all bedding and provide clean towels, the gardeners also came plus the pool guys. Honestly, the attention to detail is unbelievable. The views are gorgeous and we loved the pool and outdoor space! George the host was very accommodating and replied back instantly anytime we needed him. We will definitely come back and stay at the villas again, we had the best time here, thank you so much!

United KingdomWiFi is unfortunately not strong enough to work remotely, but fine for messages. The kitchen is fine for light meals, but not cooking as utensils/bowls/knives/boards are minimal.
The villa is in a great location as it's equideistant between Lindos and Rhodes Town. Short drive to great beaches. The host was very helpful throughout the stay and the villa was immaculately clean.

FinlandA very great place to stay. All the necessary appliances can be found in the apartment. Peaceful location on the mountain. The local bakery is within walking distance, otherwise your own car is pretty much mandatory, of course there are also buses and the nearest village is only about a kilometer away, in the summer the journey seemed too long on foot. George made sure we were fine and gave us tips for beaches, restaurants and attractions.

LatviaVery nice place to stay with the family or friends. We were 3 , but suppose there can be accommodated even 6 persons (two double king sized beds and sofa). The house was very clean, fully equiped, with the swimming pool and sunbeds. There were everything that is needed to prepare food by yourself (outside grill and inside oven, moveable grill), coffee machine, juicer and dishes for all cases, even ice machine. The host (George) was very hospitable and helpful. When we arrived in the evening, he left us some food and water, so there is no need to go shopping right away, and we home something to eat. George also send us some tips where to eat and go in the island. It was really nice of him, really appreciated. When we go to the island once again, we definitely choose this place to stay!

Israelthere is literally nothing to say.
we stayed in the big villas. we were a group of 7. Awesome place, big, roomie, clean and well organized. We were surprised by the amount of facilities that were there. A shower in the back yard, all the kitchen things you can think of, fruits, milk, coffee, bread, bbq equipment and a lot more. the stuff was very gracious. every request or recommendation we ask for was answered quickly and kindly. the location is great. 3 minutes ride from the closest town and the supermarket, 10 minutes from the many beaches, 20 minutes from Rhodes Town or Lindos. it is highly recommended to rent a car if you stay there, or it will be very difficult to transport.

GermanyThe host was absolutely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The new and very clean villa is located a little up the hill with a view onto the sea and has a great poolside as well. We have had a family vacation with three kids here and really enjoyed it. The house is equipped with all the essentials you would expect (and a little more). If you are looking for a well located and nicely made villa in a rather non-touristic and beautiful area, you should go for this one.

United KingdomHouses around the locale with many (guard) dogs which live outside in cages or on chains and bark a lot during early evening. Appreciate this isn't the owners fault or in their control,, but it can distract a peaceful evening winding down outside and can scare people / children who may not be accustomed to dogs - so is worth mentioning. The kitchen didn't include all accessories needed for home cooking - limited pans, one wooden chopping board, one bread knife, no roasting tin / grill tray, no salt / pepper (condiments). Almost impossible to light the bbq as it is enclosed and is constantly soaked by the outside water sprinklers during the morning. You ideally need a rental car if you are staying at the villas. I was disappointed that the owner charged our family of three with a small child a late check-out fee of €100 (half of the nightly rate) for a few extra hours in the property. What I disliked about this the most is that he never mentioned it when I asked prior to our arrival and referred to a policy which I wasn't shown, even when asked. I had no other option than to pay due to our young child and flight times, although a fairer price would have been more reasonable. If it wasn't for this final farewell, I would have no hesitation about returning to Pantheon villas.
Lovely, modern villa. The layout, facilities and pool are great for a small family. The location is peaceful, and the views are nice towards the sea in the East and the hilly / mountainous terrain just north of the villa. The villa is very clean and has most, if not all furniture, equipment accessories needed to enjoy your stay. George is very good at communicating and you can tell he is a professional in this industry. I liked Afantou as it was a small, local village which didn't feel packed with tourists. I loved the pizza from Sergios (takeaway) and a cold beer from Acapulco bar. Umami also gets a mention for good food (also to takeaway). A high chair was provided for our child which really helped with meal times.

CanadaA little tricky to find first time you drive here. Roads look like abandoned lanes, but that is Greece! There is a direct route to highway, but Google Maps will try to take you through the village. A few times and you will learn the faster, less complicated way. They don't tell you when pool maintenance will happen, you will be thinking you are private, then look out and see them between 7- 8 am. I didn't find the manuals for the washer, dryer or oven until after much trial and error.(They are over the hood for oven) Everything is in Greek, so you push buttons hoping for the best. When we stayed, everytime we opened the doors bugs entered. We got eaten alive. By the time the four day stay was ended, we looked like we had been camping in the woods! Could not even leave screen doors open as they got through screens. Also, when screen door was open, an army of small black ants entered . We ended up never opening doors unless we needed to exit or enter. Which was sad because I would have loved to leave screen door open to pool. When I mentioned this to George, he informed me that this was part of nature.
Good location. About half way between Rhodes Old Town and Lindos. A great place to unwind after a day with the crowds. Very clean and has everything you need. George responds quickly if you need anything. The bed is comfortable and we loved the pool. Quiet and private.

United KingdomThe shower area is quite small with only a short piece of glass (no shower door) so the water was splashing all over the bathroom floor. We would put a towel down outside the shower to step onto but this quickly got soaked from the water running out of the shower and onto the floor. But that is all we can complain about really.
We were welcomed by a lovely lady (I am sorry I do not remember her name) she knew both of our names and greeted us so warmly and showed us around our Villa. We were revised with essentials (bread, milk, cheese, waters) which I thought was a really lovely touch. The property was located in Anfantou, a 5 minute car journey from Faliraki. We were very central on the Island and could get to Lindos, Rhodes Old Town and Ialysos within 25 minutes, it was perfect. The cleaners came every 3 days and were very pleasant. We were advised that the pool is cleaned in Saturdays and Tuesdays but are not too sure if this was the case but this was not a problem really. This villa was truly beautiful and well kept. The location absolutely ideal if you want your own quiet space away from any hotels and towns. While the villas are central to the island I would recommend arranging a mode of transport for your stay as you are quite out in the sticks, so having s car made everything so much more accessible.
