The lack of air conditioning was an issue as temperatures were in excess of 37c during the day, but apparently this is unavoidable due to rules not allowing air conditioning in hotels in Tsepelova

The hotel is located at the end of the Tsepelovo having an amazing view all around. Has a garden where you can take breakfast, snacks and drinks enjoying the surrounding marvelous view. Rooms are very cleaned and tidy, quite spacious. Very clean bathroom with good hot water supply. Continental breakfast with some local marmalades and other products. Very gentle and assisting landlord.

The smell of gasoline was a little uncomfortable outside the rooms.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was super helpful and nice! :) The hotel is located in a very small, very quiet village and it has an amazing view on the mountains.

Its a very special place, mounts around and service of 5-stars jotel. I've spoken with another tourists who has booked different hotels in there - don't waste your time, this hotel is may be a best place to stay in Zagora.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, that’s the only bad thing we experienced during the 2 days of stay, we were literally feeling the bed when sleeping

The room was clean, sheets and towels were changed often and having breakfast outside with a great view on the mountains made for an excellent start of the day. The owners were very kind and accommodated all of our needs, even going as far as giving us travel advice about what to see in the area and other areas to visit.

We were just now in October and the one thin blanket counld not keeps us warm during the night. I would recommend to offer duvets. And I would recommend the hotel to hang the shower heads higher so you can shower without holding it.

Location, a bit far from any restaurant or the center in general.

The owner was very friendly and gave us an excellent service. The breakfast was excellent with high quality. The view from the balcony was spectacular.

There is no kettle for hot water in the room. The region is cold enough to warrant one (even rooms in athens had kettles always). And the room description did not match the photos of the room we booked (We booked one with balcony - but they dint give us one. We politely asked for one too and the evenins/night manager on duty only roughly replied with 'NO'. That was a little disappointing.

The location is amazing. Its a beautiful property. Rooms are nice and warm. The included breakfast is filling and delicious. The manager in the morning was very helpful and very friendly. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.
