When we go on vacation in Greece we are looking to stay as long as possible and enjoy the beaches. That’s why we like to do some simple cooking -baking and roasting. The place has no oven or barbecue. This was a bit of a set back for us. We managed with the available stove top. Also the back yard is a bit too small and not quite suitable for children to play. However the place is perfectly fine for everyone else (with bigger children also) and we enjoyed our stay with these minor setbacks.

The place is nice and clean. The apartments are on two levels, so essentially they are bigger than the usual for Greece vacation homes. The host is great. She was always available via chat or in person.

The only thing which is not negative really, is the location. Though we already knew that to visit the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia we need a car. Nikiti beach is close but for us wasn't a choice.

It's a pleasant appartment that feels like a home. Wifi is perfect, A/C, available parking, room service every day, towels, bed, pillows and all necessary amenities are quite convenient. You have everything for your stay.As family of 4 we really feel like home😊 Sofia is really warm welcoming host.

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and clean, cleaning was done every day. Very nice terrace. A quiet location, but not too far from the beach and restaurants. Great wifi connection. The place looks exactly as in the pictures.

Definitely a great place to stay. The apartment is in the center of Nikiti, very close to everywhere and very quiet, calm. The house is very clean and has everything you will need. Sophia is very friendly and hospitable. Employees help with all kinds of things. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay here when I come to nikiti-sintohia again. Full cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis, towels are changed every 3rd day, spacious balcony, parking and it is a new house. Host is super friendly and provides excellent advices on good restaurants and beaches.

Me and my family had a great stay at The PAPOUTSAKIS apartments. Very nice build apartments. They were thinking on almost everything. The rooms were clean and new with very comfortable furniture, great WIFI. We had everything we needed. Great host, Sofia is very friendly and helpful. She gave us a little gift. Thank you!

There are lots of mosquitos in the backyard. If you want to hang out, consider using insect repellent. Not a problem for the rooms - all windows have insect nets. Sofia came to the rescue when mosquitos bit my daughter and treated her bites with an ointment.

My family and I had a great stay at The Papoutsakis Apartments and would definitely come back whenever we decide to visit Nikiti again. Here is what we liked the most: - Our host Sofia - very attentive, if you need her or just want to have a chat. Never intrusive. - The location - calm and quiet, but still close enough to the beach area and restaurants - about 10min walk. Nearby, on the main road, there are several bakeries where you can grab something to eat on your way to the beach. - The balcony - perfect to have your morning coffee and breakfast. Also super convinient to dry your clothes and towels. - Comfortable and clean - the entire place was impeccable. - Backyard has toys for the kids to play. Overall it is a great value for money and the level of hospitality is unmatched.

Small tips for improvement: Would be nice to have some hooks for clothes on walls (in all the rooms). Hinges on doors need to be oiled. Some guests would probably prefer two smaller bed covers over one big, there could be an option.

Very clean place, the sheets and the towels were replaced very often. The apartment is well equipped and thoughtfully split into rooms. The balcony is of adequate size and working as dining area nicely. The WiFi connection was impeccable, and the reception strong. Enough room for leaving cars. The yard is tidy and well kept. We didn't have any complaints about neighbors.

The price was too high. The location is new, comfy, but the room rather small, far from the beach, and therefore the price exaggerated. I think that 70 euros would be a fair price, but not 100 as we paid.

It was very clean and the host very nice, followed up very often to see if everything is ok. They even changed our pillows since they were too hard.
