How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Simply great. Clean, spaceous, location is amazing. It is in Parga center. If you are with car parking in Parga is total chaos. They have parking garage and it is free for the guests. Overall great value for money. Host was very kind.

A wonderful apartment in a great location and very spacious. A few minutes walking distance to some lovely shops and bars up the hill. A short walk to the main town front and amazing beaches. Elena was so lovely and kind and happy to help with anything. Apartment was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The property was very clean, very big and comfortable room and bed. The staff was very helpful and willing to help. It was in a very convenient location in the town centre and everything was within walling distance from the apartment. It was near amenities and it had a parking. Overall a very good value for money and would recommend it.

Beautiful place. Nice & big balcony. Good beds. Good shower. Friendly host. Near by the Green Backery & supermarket. Walking distance to the beaches. We all loved it.

Exceptional. Clean, perfect location, friendly staff, spacious room with everything you could want and lovely bathroom. Toiletries were divine and balcony was lovely. In the heart of Parga!

Excellent location in the center of Parga, but in a quiet small road. Offers private parking which is a bonus. Spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable beds.

Elena is a very nice person, always willing to answer our questions and to give recommendations about places to visit/eat and things to do. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. If you go there by car, an underground parking lot is available.

Lovely, spacious, clean apartment in a great central location, close to the old town, harbour and Valtos beach. Host was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay again if we return to Parga.

We stayed with the family for one week. Very nice, modern(quite new) and stylish 3 bedrooms apartment. All rooms have air co and tv. The location is also very nice, close to the center and to the Valtos beach. Elena was very friendly and helpful in recommendations for our stay there. I would happily return there anytime.

Everything was perfect.
Excellent location, very close to the sea and center of Parga. Had underground parking which i think is a huge bonus since Parga is a very crowded city with tight alleys and finding parking space for your car is a problem. Daily cleaning. The room had a spacious balcony with an incredible view at Parga and the mountains. The host was super friendly and careful. She called us in the morning to find out when we would arrive and even helped my girlfriend carry her luggage to the room.

we enjoyed everything but missed the sunshine when sitting outside at the end of April. Kitchen equipment is quite basic but good reason to go out for dinner!
excellent location in Parga, private parking and comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed the luxury of the house being cleaned every day. It was great to enjoy Parga on foot and being so close to bakery, very nice coffee shop and supermarket in the morning. The appartement had a large balcony with comfortable chairs. We were at the apartment a few days during the last week of April. we enjoyed the sunshine in the morning, unfortunately there is no sunshine at the balcony during the afternoon. I can imagine you don’t mind during summertime when it is really hot.
