The door of the bathroom was hard to close. Since the doors are sliding doors, although interesting and stylish, they didn't isolate the noises that well (which is not a hard problem). The apartment entrance door was loosened and the first night we didn't lock it with the keys, so we slept with a wide open door. The check-in was late - after 15:00 h, so we had to think of something to do until we could enter the room. But the hosts helped a little, hinting where to change clothes, so we went to the beach, which is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The exit of the complex is quite hard for a driver - it is steep and exits directly on the main road perpendicularly, so one has to wait for low traffic.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfy. It has big comfortable terraces in both rooms and a relaxing small meadow at the back of the building. The 'home' restaurant - Mesostrato was cozy and the cuisine was delicious.

It’s on a really busy road, with rental quad bikes going past all day, and they make the most unbelievable racket. Neighbouring properties are complete dumps which takes away from the island holiday feel a bit.

Short walk to a good beach, and decent restaurant at the property and over the road. Great bus service into town.

Only suggestions for improvement: There are no mosquito nets on all the windows, so we had to use and sleep with the air conditioner on even when it wasn't needed. It would be great to have something to scoop the water after showering. The silverware for four people was not complete. Having kitchen essentials such as washing soap, sponges, dispensers filled with salt, some sugar, a cloth to catch water, cooking oil and maybe a few other essentials would be great to have.

The location is excellent, on the main road near the bus stop and relatively near all the beautiful beaches. They have their own restaurant in front of the appartments with excellent fresh and traditional food. Small markets are close by. The host was really kind and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, the space and the beads were comfortable.

Very nice small apartment with a nice terrace in a beautiful garden. It was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. The location is really nice, the beach is just across the street, there are small supermarkets and many restaurants around the corner. There is also a bus stop in front of the house, so it’s easy to go to skiathos town or to the airport. We would really like to come back soon. Thank you.

There was nothing wrong at all except the property didn’t have a swimming pool but we was aware of this .

This was a great choice! We had a wonderful time! The location was amazing right across the beach and with a bus stop right outside. Very easy transportation to town and all other beaches on the island! The host was great and extremely helpful! The room was very nice with all the amenities we needed. Studio was lovely and clean, well presented with a great power shower which every body loves. The family run restaurant served gorgeous home cooked meals as well. The lovely beach is just across the road & Bus Stop 16 is right outside the studios for a short ride to Skiathos town or to the west of the island.

The late check in. We arrived at 9 a.m and received our rooms at 15.30 in the afternoon. It was indeed mentioned when we booked, but considering you have guests announced to arrive early and your check outs are at 10 a.m, it would be nice to try and accomodate sooner. As a suggestion, they could improve this part, so that guests don't waste an entire day of beach or sightseeing just waiting for a room. - The studio's bathroom is not shown in the pictures on booking, the bathroom that is shown is from the deluxe rooms (newly refurbished). It was okish but it would be better if there was more transparency so that the guests have adjusted expectations.

The location was excellent, on the main road and just 100 m to the beach. We searched for a location where we could feel the true local vibe of a greek island so we avoided the crowded city centre and this was a great option. The hosts were very nice and friendly. They also own the taverna right in front of the studios, their cooking is amazing, one of the best fried zucchini with tzatziki on the island. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Cleaning was made every day and on request at any moment. If we ever visit Skiathos again, we will probably return and stay here again.

There was a problem with mosquitoes in the room for the first night. Having known beforehand by the owners would have been a nice gesture as we could have bought some products to help. Also, there was no door on the shower which I hate.

We really didn't enjoy the amount of mosquitoes. But that's not problem of the accommodation. In the supermarket which is super close to the studios they are prepared for the insect. They have a lots of repelents and others stuff.

The accommodation was very nice and the owner and family were wonderful hosts. The room was perfectly tidy every day. We arrived earlier than was officially possible and the owner accomodated us. She also helped us arrange a transfer to the airport. The care of the owner and her family was really above standard.

I loved everything.

The location is ideal! It is close enough to the town of Skiathos but also central to the rest of the island. There is a gorgeous beach less than 400m from the apartments. The host was excellent. There is lots of parking on the premises and a beautiful garden. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. I adore these apartments and I am sad to leave.

We absolutely loved this studio, so comfortable, clean and great balcony. lots of hot water, towels and bedding changed very regularly and very clean . Studio well laid out with fridge,cooker, toaster, kettle and hair dryer and safe. Air con also. 3 supermarkets and lots of tavernas nearby. Maroulla and her family are the friendliest hosts and cannot do enough to make the stay the best one. The location is superb behind one of the best taverna’s in Aghia Pareskevi, Mesostrato, with Paris the chef always smiling and producing great food. The location is perfect, right next to the bus stop 16 and 2 minutes walk to beach, and 10 minutes walk to Kolios beach also. I will stay again on our next visit and would highly recommend for a happy holiday and comfortable accomodation . Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
