Fabulous location and views. Were always able to get parking in front. The waterfront is the place to stay and while a busy area it does quieten down at night. Good base for Mystras and exploring the nearby beaches.

The outside staircase is not the easiest to climb, especially when carrying luggage.

There were a lot of stairs, half of which went up the outside of the building. However people were always available if we needed to carry things. The bathroom lighting was poor. The kitchen area was a bit cramped without places to put things on.

The location was excellent. near to all shops and restaurants but not right in the busy centre. The view was breathtaking. There was a large supply of kitchen equipment as well as ironing equipment and a dustpan and brush. A kettle and things to entertain us such as board games. The taverna underneath the apartment was good and we got a discount. Best of all, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the host and his staff. We were looked after like Royalty!

The rain on two days!!

The property was perfectly located to explore the Mani area, and being at the far end of the harbour meant it was a quieter location whilst still being within a very short walk of the shops etc. Dimitri has made sure that the apartment is very well equipped - it has absolutely everything you could need...and more; and we had not been expecting it to be cleaned and beds changed so that was a lovely surprise! The family restaurant downstairs serves excellent, traditional Greek food and we would recommend it highly - everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly. Thank you!

The apartment has a few stairs however if I can do it with new double knee replacements any abled person can walk it!

Amazing Views, Beautiful People with free car parking! Dimitri is an AMAZING host with a welcoming warm and positive energy! If you need anything he will find out for you. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea with cold drinks in your fridge ready on arrival. Dimitri’s mum cooks all the traditional Greek meals and also fresh seafood from the family’s taverna below the apartment and it’s delicious! Highly recommend. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday by the sea! We will visit again.

Personal attention from the host. Dimitri (Jim) greeted us on arrival and showed us through the room. Excellent communication before, during and post the stay. A great view of the bay, light house and the part of the port from the room. It's more of an Airbnb and no breakfast was provided by the site. The location was easy to find, the room was exceptionally clean and linen/towels were changed after 4 days. Highly recommended for an extended stay in Gytheio

Perfect apartment that overlooks a beautiful view of the lighthouse. Great location right on the waterfront and a quick walk into the center of town. Finally, the host was kind and helpful, and the seafood restaurant underneath the room was delicious!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Fantastic location just opposite of the small island with the light house. The room offered everything you need and more and the balcony is spacious. very comfortable bed! The food of the fish restaurant down of the apartment is wonderful and can even be served in your room. Dimitris is a very caring host and the staff is very friendly.

very nice room with excellent view . Very helpful and friendly owner. I really could not find any negative thing about the room. If you are planning to visit Gytheio ,atolls is really the place to stay PS:if you are into tasting local fresh fish , the tavern downstairs is a must .
