Rather old furniture. The bathroom wash basin leaked. The major problem is with the sockets: there are only TWO sockets in the room, one behind the mini bar/fridge, the other under the vanity table. whenever you wanted to plug something in you had practically to stand on all four to reach the socket. The bathroom has no socket at all.

Good location. Decent, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. The hotel has a great terrace on the last floor, offering a great view. It is rather a decent three-star hotel, by no means a four-star hotel.

Although booking.com confirmed my request for earlier check in, the hotel did not satisfy the request. They saw the request in their system, but told me they never responded positively. Rooms facing the main street are too noisy, due to the traffic. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, both in terms of building and furniture.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is fair. The rooms had a balcony, which is always a plus. Breakfast area was spacious. Personnel was helpful and kind. The rooms are clean.

The room was not properly dusted (dust could be seen on the wood elements of the room decoration), the floor was creaky and one of the beds was squeaking very loudly. At daytime it was tolerable, but at night when all sounds are amplified, I'm sure I woke up the neighboring rooms. And we were just sleeping :) The bathroom sink had a broken plug and I had to fish it out after it had clogged up. The bathroom itself needs renovation and cleanup to make it commensurate with a four-star hotel standards and prices.

The location and the sea view after we asked for a room with sea view, rather than the city view room that was assigned to us. The staff was friendly and accommodated us.

I can’t comprehend the good reviews. It was terrible. This place would be better off if they embraced being a budget hotel and just made it clean, safe, and comfortable. Dirty carpets and hallways smelled. So dusty I woke up with sore throat and sinuses. Thankfully this all cleared a few hours after I checked out. Floor in room uneven and loose. Bed was so uneven it felt like I would roll out of bed. Dirty sheets. Bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. No plugs available without searching and moving furniture. Thin walls and you can hear everything in the hotel. The only thing that drowns this out is street noise from traffic. Dead bolt wouldn’t lock. Shower barely functional. Phone jack hanging out of hole in the wall. Graffiti in the stairwell windows. Incredibly dated. This includes some sort of ancient in room entertainment mounted in the wall and an 11 year old phone book. Towels didn’t even match in colour.

It didn’t have bed bugs.

There wa snow outside but no one had put the heating on in the room so it was very cold . We put it on and the heating fan was very noisy so couldn’t sleep .

The location was fine but the breakfast was poor cold eggs bacon and sausage .

Rooms were tired and dated, with evidence of shabby workmanship.Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast room was overcrowded.

Convenient location for the ferry port and town centre. Room with balcony overlooking the waterfront.

Internet connection. The wifi on 3rd floor was unstable and i could not attend online meetings reliably. This issue can be fixed with wifi extension antenna.

The elevator is not working during breakfast. It could be a problem for early checkouts. The AC is not working over night, but opening the door to balcony can lower the temperatures from the room 😁

The hotel was incredibly dated and in desperate need of renovation. Wifi was so slow I thought it was not working. Breakfast was disappointing. It was alright for one night stay but I would never go back unless it was absolutely necessary. It was not cheap either, which makes it even worse.

The view from our room was nice. The hotel was located near the seaside.
