For a five star hotel service was not up to standards. Running out of beach towels is one thing but passing out used towels is not ok. While the breakfast was amazing and we got a great coffee, the juice we ordered came only after waiting for up to 30 mins and reordering every morning of our stay. It became our own little running joke.

The hotel is lovely, though I do recommend a car ( there is free parking). The hotel is brand new and decorated with great attention to detail. Breakfast is fantastic. The private pools are absolutely fab (though when asked to clean the pool they said they would and unfortunately did not).

Amazing room, terrace and private spa. Good breakfast, great location, great to have onsite spa facilities (sauna, steam room) accessible, and the Diptyque soaps provided were gorgeous.

Really lovely hotel, big pool, great staff. We had a comfort room which was really nicely furnished and had a big sunny terrace. 10 min drive into Naoussa and short drive to lots of nice beaches, would recommend a car but there are places within walking distance too ..

I was not thrilled about the location, the fact that it did not have it's own swimable beach. But we had a car so it became a non issue.

The gym was a little under equipped but it had the basics plus the spa was excellent

Amazing breakfast! Unparalleled views of the ocean. Beautiful pretty new property. Rooms were super clean and good sized.

The service was excellent! The hotel was fully booked but not once did I get a sense of it being crowded. The rooms are super comfortable and newly renovated. The view from the pool is stunning and the small beach in-front of the property is one of the best I’ve even been to. The water is like swimming in a gigantic turquoise swimming pool.

The concierge staff aren’t very helpful and let down the whole experience. Very lazy attitude to requests for beach club and restaurants. Didn’t tell us you need to book beach clubs so we ended missing out on the best one they recommended.

Everything was great form the facilities, the room and breakfast. Pool area was a highlight.

The chic, minimalistic Cycladic architecture provides a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the unobstructed sea view. I particularly liked the gardens with their variety of native flowers and shrubs. The staff were extremely competent, friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous rooms with the most incredible patios, the jacuzzi was the most wonderful way to watch the sunset when the winds (which Paros is known for) blow in! The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection of options, the spa (sauna/steam/pool/yoga room) such an awesome way to relax a bit on vacation, and everyone was truly so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend, such a wonderful place to stay!

Although the breakfast menu was very nice, the breakfast buffet didn’t offer a lot of options.
