The view was amazing. The hotel has a private beach and beach restaurant with an amazing view. Moreover, the room was very clean and spacious. We really felt like queens in our castle. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Sofia and her team are the most helpful, kind and make you feel so welcome. Thank you so much. This exceeded all our expectations!

Having to leave

Where do I even start, this place is incredible, 5* star all round and right on the beach! 5* room - We were lucky enough to be the first to stay in the newly renovated private pool rooms and what a gorgeous room it was. The most comfortable huge bed, gorgeous waterfall shower, modern and clean and then not one but 2 x terraces, one with this idyllic pool. There’s a fridge in the room and a shop and bakery at the top of the road (2 minute walk). 5* service - Sophia welcomed us and checked us in and couldn’t do enough for us. Really responsive on booking.com too. Yannis and others behind the bar looked after us throughout. Bespoke cocktails on the beach sunbeds, he even came round to our private pool and bought us beers. 5* food - Affordable and beautiful food. My favourite was the prawn Saganaki, one of the best I’ve ever had which was made into a bigger portion so that we could share it. The restaurant area is really comfortable and right on the beach so you can eat whilst enjoying a sea view. All round, this lovely family could not do enough for us and we were so pleased we decided to stay here. We will 100% be back to see you all soon! Thank you ❤️

The location was great, right on the beach. The pool area was very nicely decorated and the sunbeds were very comfy. The room was cleaned each day during our stay and the staff were super friendly. The deluxe suite had an amazing view.

The rooms, in particular the bathrooms could be modernised. Didn’t mirror the outdoor facilities.

The outdoor space such as the pool and beach facilities were a touch of paradise! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The staff were outstanding.

It was difficult to find someone on the reception, maybe it woold be good to have a button with which the hotel guests could call someone . Some things should be replaced (e.g. bathroom door). I'm sure it's already on their list and will be done once they recover from the pandemic

The sunbeds at the pool could use some better daily cleaning but not really a big deal. Sometimes there are some "questionable" guests, like groups of 5 to 10 youthful persons who sometimes act crazy, like to drink alcohol & play loud music. This would happen during the day (mostly at the pool) or at night. At one of these nights, even the police came.... Fortunately this happened only on 2 days of my long stay. I would advise Parthenis Beach to be more selective on which guests they accept to stay at their facility.

Location was excellent. Very nice restaurant & terrace right at the beach. The view is breathtaking. Sophia (reception) & Martha (restaurant) are very kind & helpful people.

We were 2 people but our room was for 3, but despite that it was small , if you like large spaces it will be a bit oppresive.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel! This marks our third visit, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next return. The garden view rooms are particularly enchanting. With a charming small swimming pool nestled right by the beach, access is a breeze – just a few steps from the sandy shore to both the pool and our rooms. We're truly smitten!

The room for our family of 5 was great. Very roomy with 2 bathrooms. The pool area was amazing and the view was spectacular. We ate twice in the restaurant. The food was fantastic and great value.

A wonderful pearl in the heart of Malia, a quiet family hotel with a private beach and restaurant. My kids loved it! The perfect stay, we stayed in Dias room, that’s a 360 full view rooftop suite with the best view of the sea, sun-beds and the perfect view for a morning coffee. You will love it!

The pool area is all really fancy and nice but the hotel itself is quite old. Less than 30 rooms, no lift (this didn’t bother us but might be needed for some people). The pillows weren’t comfee and were very old, also the shower curtain was a bit mouldy. Really minor things.

So close to the beach and the main strip and only 20 minutes from old town. Staff were all very friendly and polite.
