The Bathroom needs upgrading. Our bathroom window was broken. All the internal doors need replacing

Nice location right on the beach with a beautiful pool area and great food. Room was nice with a side sea view and balcony. Staff were very good. shout out to Martha for looking after us

The location was great, right on the beach. The pool area was very nicely decorated and the sunbeds were very comfy. The room was cleaned each day during our stay and the staff were super friendly. The deluxe suite had an amazing view.

Great people, not a crowded place! Very quiet, calm, relaxing. The beach is great. The restaurant is very good , pool area looks amazing. All water sports at the beach on the right Very recommended

The rooms, in particular the bathrooms could be modernised. Didn’t mirror the outdoor facilities.

The outdoor space such as the pool and beach facilities were a touch of paradise! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The staff were outstanding.

It was difficult to find someone on the reception, maybe it woold be good to have a button with which the hotel guests could call someone . Some things should be replaced (e.g. bathroom door). I'm sure it's already on their list and will be done once they recover from the pandemic

The sunbeds at the pool could use some better daily cleaning but not really a big deal. Sometimes there are some "questionable" guests, like groups of 5 to 10 youthful persons who sometimes act crazy, like to drink alcohol & play loud music. This would happen during the day (mostly at the pool) or at night. At one of these nights, even the police came.... Fortunately this happened only on 2 days of my long stay. I would advise Parthenis Beach to be more selective on which guests they accept to stay at their facility.

Location was excellent. Very nice restaurant & terrace right at the beach. The view is breathtaking. Sophia (reception) & Martha (restaurant) are very kind & helpful people.

We were 2 people but our room was for 3, but despite that it was small , if you like large spaces it will be a bit oppresive.

The staff members were kind The place is beautiful and the location is great! A little bit dissapointed the hotel decided to charge me of an expensive price juat beacuse I had to stay more time in the hotal because my flight was delayed.Except of that, everhthing was great

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel! This marks our third visit, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next return. The garden view rooms are particularly enchanting. With a charming small swimming pool nestled right by the beach, access is a breeze – just a few steps from the sandy shore to both the pool and our rooms. We're truly smitten!

Loved everything

The room for our family of 5 was great. Very roomy with 2 bathrooms. The pool area was amazing and the view was spectacular. We ate twice in the restaurant. The food was fantastic and great value.

The showers are bit outdated but that’s nothing.

A wonderful pearl in the heart of Malia, a quiet family hotel with a private beach and restaurant. My kids loved it! The perfect stay, we stayed in Dias room, that’s a 360 full view rooftop suite with the best view of the sea, sun-beds and the perfect view for a morning coffee. You will love it!

We loved everything, Everything was vert modern and clean. Stuff was very friendly and Restaurant was very good. We had a private beach and a nice pool.We will definitely come back again.

The pool area is all really fancy and nice but the hotel itself is quite old. Less than 30 rooms, no lift (this didn’t bother us but might be needed for some people). The pillows weren’t comfee and were very old, also the shower curtain was a bit mouldy. Really minor things.

So close to the beach and the main strip and only 20 minutes from old town. Staff were all very friendly and polite.

Wifi could be a little stronger but was ok for us.

Beautiful sandy beach front location with everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Location is great within walking distance of shops and restaurants but nice and quiet. We had a lovely balcony overlooking pool and sea, after seeing a few reviews online we specifically checked which room with the property management and there were no problems. Lovely cocktails at the bar watching the sunset!
