Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandIf you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring earplugs with you, since the roosters and dogs in the near houses can be a bit loud during nights and early mornings. Also even though the villa was mainly really clean, some of the light switches and table counters were really sticky - we were not sure if they aren’t properly cleaned or if the detergents had damaged them.
We really enjoyed our week in Pasithea Elegant Villa. The villa was well equipped and spacious. The hosts were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The pool area and the small gym room were great. The villa is located in small and peaceful neighbourhood. The villa was cleaned two times during the week and they offered separate towels for pool.

The property was exceptional the nicest place I have ever stayed. it is completely equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. the hosts were fantastic especially Nikos who was always on hand whatever we needed and gave us some excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants/ bakeries etc

United KingdomMy friends and I traveled to Zante in June 2022 for a 7 night stay at the Pasithea Villa (group of 6). Nikos was a wonderful host from beginning to end. He kindly arranged our transfers from the airport and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He arranged a fantastic boat trip for us and offered to book taxis, restaurants etc. if we needed them. The villa itself is beautiful. It is kept spotlessly clean with full clean, towel + linen changes every few days if desired. The views from the top balcony are probably the best you will find on the island. The pool area is very nice and appeared to be cleaned daily. There are a small handful of bars and restaurants a few minutes' walk away in Bochali - well worth visiting for the beautiful views overlooking Zante Town. The villa is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to families, couples, or groups of friends.
