The location is very convenient. We could walk around the city very easy. The breakfast is excellent. It has variety of food, fruits and sweets. The coffee was tasty as well!

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Probably because we had really good breakfasts in the other hotels we visited in Greece. No fresh orange juice, and the coffee was not great.

Hotel near to the harbor with nice, clean rooms and friendly personnel. OK breakfast. Plus point was the parking as we were by car.

It was nicer than we expected. We got a welcome drink and had a nice view. The rooftop restaurant & bar was nice, it felt luxurious. The staff were amazing, they helped us with parking and were nice at che k in and check out. The room service was quick and friendly. 10/10.

Our second stay at this hotel, very civilised, great staff, very comfortable. Great breakfast. Chose a sea view and balcony and enjoyed sitting watching the ships and cars going about their business. 10 min walk to the main centre of town.

Check in is too late at 3.00. However I was lucky to be allowed into my room at 12.00. It would be better to have check in at 12.00.

In the bathroom I found black hairs on different locations. I consider this to be a big problem for a four-star hotel. It was not in one place but found them in three different ones, one of those being the white bathtub. Unacceptable

Everything. The facilities were modern and efficient Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern .We had a room with a view and loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the harbor. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of choices for everyone. The hotel was close to everything (restaurants ,supermarkets ,the main square etc) While it is possible to walk to from the new ferry port to the hotel it is easier to get a taxi or bus as it is fairly far. It is within minutes walk from the central bus station however. The staff were very friendly and helpful Not only would I stay there again but I wish it was part of a chain so could stay there in other towns

The only thing worth of mentioning is not related to the hotel itself, rather to a location. The sea view balcony seems as a perfect place for relaxing with a coffee, but it turned out that it is very noisy because of the traffic at the street in front of the hotel. However, in the room there is no noise, the sound isolation seems good.

Good location, very close to the city center. Sea view room is very large and has a solid balcony. Private parking available at additional fee, seemed safe and was not very expensive. Staff very helpful and polite made our stay very pleasant. Very good and diverse breakfast, a restaurant is on a top flour and has a nice view.

I had a nice room with see view, and it was slightly noisy, sound isolation could be better, but it was not so bad.

Everything was simply perfect. Due to Christmas time, the hotel was so nicely decorated. Breakfast sale was so lovely decorated, amazing. The room was huge, balcony as well.

In every way the best possible stay You can park, walk to the bus stop, walk into the town centre, the port is 10 minutes drive away, the views from the rooms at the front are awesome, from the restaurant even better, and the beds are the best in the world!

Our stay was comfortable and nice. A sense of Christmas was felt in all the place. The room was enough large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast continental. Friendly staff. Hotel has a very good location as it is very close to the city center and old town, as well as port. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

They forgot to clean our room one day which we eventually solved. And we asked if they had any milk as they provided tea and coffee making facilities in the room and we asked 2 times at reception to be told they would send some up and nothing ever showed up. The staff in the restaurant upstairs helped us out at breakfast.

Location was great, very central, room was beautiful with fantastic views. Concierge service was wonderful as my husband wasn't expecting it after lugging luggage all over Europe for 6 weeks, so he appreciated it immensely. I had asked for a room with a fabulous view because my husband was having his birthday during our stay and the hotel gave us a fabulous room. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi great. Breakfast was phenomenal, the food choices and quality was fantastic. Restaurant/Cafe upstairs had fantastic views and the food was incredible, very professionally cooked and presented. We actually ate here more than we ate outside of the hotel for lunch AND dinner. We even ordered dinner as room service one night and ate it on the balcony. Parking is literally next door and worth paying for. Great experience.

This hotel is set up for business conferences and is quite stark. The view of the port is not a pretty sight, although it is good to look out at the sea. I requested pillows not made of feathers as I am allergic. Fortunately, I noticed the pillows on our bed were feather and I asked reception to have them replaced. I received an apology and the pillows were replaced very quickly.

This was a good hotel for a one night stop during our road trip around North West Greece. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room spacious. We had drinks in the roof top bar in the evening and the service was good. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was extensive and good quality. There was parking available in a parking lot next to the hotel at 5 euros per day. The hotel is in a good location near the port and was easy to find. We had a room with view of the port and the balcony was a good size.
