Nothing I loved everything

It was peaceful and relaxing … You could take a stroll to the beautiful garden which was exceptionally well taken care of while listening to the waves and gazing to the blue sea and relax… The amenities were modern quite close to my taste and simple to use.

We booked this apartament few hours before arrival. The owner was extremly kind, flexible nad waiting for us late in the evening. The property is great, Looking like brand new. I wish we could not stay longer. The owner reccommended great restaurant nearby and organised olive-tour for us. Thank you again.

Apartment is absolutely awesome! Whole house smells like heaven, furniture is modern and new and shared swimming pool is lovely, parking is inside of complex of houses, so we felt safe.

We are fully satisfied for our stay ! The owner was very kind and she offered us early check in and late check out since there was availability! All the facilities were perfect and we enjoyed ! Very beautiful, modern, neat and most important clean. There are only five apartments so it's very quiet as well! The garden is amazing, full of flowers with beautiful colors and majestic olive trees. The pool is very clean, you feel like you can be there for the whole day. The host was very kind and sweet. Totally recommend. We will for sure book there again next time we are in Marathopoli

The car alley to the back parking is quite narrow while the alley edges are a little bit high. So, there is always a risk of small scratches on your car when passing.

The location is very nice and you enjoy quite a lot of privacy. We loved the modern style of the bungalows, the garden and the pool. There is not so much space inside the appartment but you get all the things you need for your vacation. The host was helpful and professional.

Pefkides was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment including Nespresso coffee machine. Room service every second day keeps the place clean. Being on a side of small town it is a quite place with 5 minutes of walk to the best tavernas of the area. Owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Adviced all the best places to visit or where to eat. Swimming pool is big. Sea is visibile from the garder and each apartment. Olive garden right in the yard. Nice beaches within 15 mins drive.

I can't really think of anything negative.

Pefkides is a fantastic place to stay and really exceeded our expectations. It's a real gem in the area and as long as you have a car to get around, I wouldn't think twice about booking. The arrival was independant and we were told how to enter the property which all went very smoothly. Nancy is superb host and you really feel like she cares that you have a great time staying there and her communication was brilliant. Each suite is really well laid out with everything you need and beyond. The decor and style has really great attention to detail which makes it a little home away from home. The pool area and garden is such a welcoming place to relax and hang out.

It would be great if there was a washing machine in the room. To be honest , didn't ask if there was a laundry room available since we were only gonna be there for 3 nights. It would be definitely helpful for longer stays 🙂

The place is lovely! Amazing minimal interior design , loads of space, wonderful view of olive trees and the sea... Ideal place for holidays regarding location ! Will be going back for sure!

Nancy is a great host & looks very good after her customers. She has good recommendations for the area. We loved the close sandy beaches and the cute towns (Pylos & Methoni). We definitely would stay here again.

Without the key you can not enter Owner was sooooo helpful and friendly

The water from the shower ended up all over the floor which was slippery

Beautiful marble edged pool in fabulous well kept gardens. A family of five, with three teens, were cosy but perfectly comfortable for our short stay.
