Location was great and it was not very loud if you have in mind that it is on the main street. Everything in the city is on walking distance.

Smell comes from air conditioner in bathroom and there were flies. Bed sheets were clean but i believe it might be in better conditions. Despite all this my experience was great.

Loaction is excellent. There are lots of options to eat, drink and chill. Also it was at sea side and it gives you a great view and opportunities.

The hotel owner, Clio, is very helpful, and hospitable also speaks Turkish very well. The rooms are clean and of sufficient size for short stays. The location of the hotel is magnificent, waking up in rooms with a sea view is enjoyable.

There were stairs up to the floor where the room is, so we carried our luggage up.

Location was superb. The room had an amazing view of the water. Owner was friendly. Wifi worked. Property was clean.

Hotel owners operate a souvenier shop around the corner, and you need to discover where they are, to get the keys upon your arrival. There are no instructions/signs to lead you to the hotel owner to get your room keys, you feel a bit lost when you arrive with your luggage. It was a little difficult to go to souvenier shop everytime to talk to the owner, and it was not easy to find the cleaning lady around and ask her to open the storage room (office) to leave our luggage. Security box wasn't working, so we had to carry our valuable belongings with us during the day, for 2 days. We told the hotel owner, but unfortunately he couldn't find a solution. Location was awesome, but if you have kids & baby, watch out - it gets noisy at night (due to bars and club music up until 4:00 am) so we couldn't open the balcony door to let sea breeze in our room - We had to keep the door closed all night long and run the air conditioner, to be able to sleep.

Hotel's location is perfect, right on the seawalk :) Hotel owner allowed us to leave our luggage in a storage room (which they call "the office") before checkin and after checkout times. We appreciated that hotel owner/George allowed us to enter our room a little early, as soon as our room is ready and cleaned. He was very friendly and a very sweet person :) George was also very helpful, he described a free parking area for us, to find parking a spot for our rental car; appreciate him for this ;)

It's funny but the guests next door could change the volume of our TV (and we could change theirs). Also, note that there were not many sockets available in the room.

We had a window view to the port and our room was comfortable. We got clean towels every day and the room was very neat. Nice stay in the city center with kind hosts.

Next building is the Overproof, which is a coffee house / bar in the day time but a club at nights so it can get loud & noisy. So if your room is one of the rooms that's in the front/left, your night might get disturbed and you may need to close the window & turn on the AC.

The location is amazing, I don't get better than this. It's in the middle of the center!

The back rooms (like the one I stayed in) have a bit of a "moist smell" due to the building being next to other buildings in the back. Also, soundproofing is not the strongest point of the room.

Maybe the best and most kind hosts I've ever seen on my trips. Eager to assist and support. I had 2 bottles of water waiting for me in the fridge and the bed was comfortable. The location is also excellent at the center with everything near.

1) The location is perfect. Centre of Chios, nearby to all activities as markets, island tours, rent a cars, bus station, ferry station and restaurants... 2) Rooms with sea views are amazing

This may or may not be the hotel's fault, but on my phone, the listing shows a check-in time of 1:30pm-2pm, which doesn't match reality. Thankfully, I was able to call and confirm a different check in time, but what was listed definitely gave me a little bit of a surprise. The amount of room to move around was much less than I was expecting. This could also be my fault for not visualizing the amount of space well. Either way, don't expect too much room to move around in at least in your private room. The common area is pretty spacious.

The location was truly excellent. Minutes walk from the port and a slew of excellent restaurants. The room was as advertised. I typically choose hotels based off of the bathroom pics and this place did not disappoint. The staff (Klio) was the best. We had to change our check in time a few times because we were coming from Mesta and she was super patient with us and was great despite our terrible lateness. She also helped accommodate our bags after we checked before our flight so I have no complaints.

The room was quite small but it didn't bother us. Oh, and the bed sheets are much better that the ones in the photos.

Our stay was very pleasant. We spent two days in Chios and the room was what We needed. Very clean, excellent location, beautiful interior.

Hearing music and people talking at night because of the nearby cafe-bar. Not having a drying loft and enough sockets.
