Wonderful sea view from the balcony on the top floor, about 100 m to Kalogria beach, about 10-minut walk to Stoupa beach, both are lovely, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants and sun loungers and umbrellas you can rent, ideal for children, about 200 m to a large supermarket, the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, absolutely quiet at night, there are some parking spaces provided, housekeeping is done every other day, A/C works well. Geat communication with the host, Mrs. Clare, great value for the price. Highly recommended!

We would have liked a lock on the bathroom door. We will probably pick a ground floor apartment next time because the balcony railing is too wide for young children (baby and toddler).

Beautiful balcony view, amazing location, fantastic and super helpful staff/owner. They helped us with anything we asked including an antislip mat for the shower and they even installed a door to seclude the balcony so the children wouldn’t fall down the stairs or run down to the street! We are definitely coming back!!! The apartments are few mins from the beach (also walk so with stroller) and there are a few restaurants and cafes as well as supermarket and pharmacy near by. Perfect location for family with children!

WiFi is horrendous, not working ok. Parking is narrow and is often occupied by non-guests. Sound insulation is bad. You can feel a damp air in rooms on ground level.

Location is good, the ground level floor was good on hot days. Very clean and great hosts, always there for any question or help. Good value for money.

Quite expensive but in line with other apartments in Kalogria. It was not clear at booking which one of the appartments is on the top floor.

Close vicinity to the beach, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. We had a balcony with a beautiful view and the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful, spacious studio apartment - large terrace which overlooks a lovely orchard. apartment was cleaned regularly by helpful, friendly staff. the location is wonderful - with a short walk to Kalogria beach and Stoupa. Self catering facilities were adequate to cook good meals for the family.

Beautiful welcome from Sovroula and an equally beautiful property. Good and plentiful sheets and towels. Comfy beds. Easy walk from Kalogria Beach. Great and speedy communication with Clare.

We were located on the basement flat which kept cool. Our views weren't as good as shown on the images, but the outdoor space was private with a view of the garden area. No internet reception at this level. A little damp smell as a result of being located below ground level. It would be useful to have some basic information on local bus times, taxi numbers etc.

Our host Clare was helpful and we accessed keys easily. The accommodation comprised one main room with a double bed, fridge and basic cooking facilities, a twin room, and bathroom. I shared with my teen children so getting to sleep was a challenge some nights. The space was kept really clean with bedding & towels changed regularly. Cooking facilities were adequate - we ate in twice. There is a small dining table and an outside patio table and chairs where we played games. There are plenty of places to eat nearby at Kalogria and in Stoupa. Air con was much appreciated.

Besides the wonderful location, just 2 minutes on foot from an amazing beach, everyone was so welcoming. Smiling and friendly people ready to assist in order to offer us the best conditions to enjoy our stay. Comfortable and clean room, lovely balcony with beautiful view. Definitely we will visit it again.

We had a basement apartment with separate bedroom an beds in the main room on this visit so the view was poor, other rooms higher up have a good view sea view. The beds were hard but a new mattress was being delivered to our room on the last day!

Location to the beach was excellent. Great value for money. Clare as host was easy to contact on WhatsApp and very helpful. If you're on a budget this is a great choice. Good modern and fairly large supermarket is a short walk away for supplies.

Right next to road with motorbikes and cars going through the night. Thin walls and no double glazing so felt like we were literally on street. Uncomfortable beds like sleeping on granite. Unlucky for the next person staying as neighbouring house having work done on it so could here drill from 8 in the morning. was a relief to leave.

A chest of drawers would be a good adition. The wi-fi was terrible with speeds so low that nothing could be done. It was usually non-existent. The promised car parking space was frequently taken by others and I had to park on the road about 70m away.

The studio apartment was large and a good size for two people. Four would be a tight fit. The kitchen area was reasonably well equiped and the balcony comfortable for two people, not for four.
