Lovely apartment, clean and you can find everything you need.

Unfortunately, we have had a problem with parking near this location, as there is almost never enough parking space close to the building. One one occasion someone expressed their dissatisfaction by raising the wiper blades on our car when we had parked near the entrance of the apartment, although there had been enough space at that moment. Moreover, the bed in the bedroom is very noisy (probably, old mat?).

Only downside I would say is the shower. But all the rest was great!

The communication with the host was amazing! penny was very helpful and thoughtful. I informed her we were going to Greece as part of my girlfriend's birthday. She helped me with arranging a surprise with flowers, wine and even a cake! Whenever we had questions, she was there to answer them (by phone or WhatsApp). I would highly recommend her place!

Everything was exceptional! It definitely exceeded our expectations about everything. The location is great - there is public transport to the center, but If you love to walk by foot like us - It takes 20 minutes to get to the center 😄 It is in a great quiet neighbourhood. The host was very nice and clear about the instructions for check in and check out and you can arrive anytime you want beacuse it's a self check in. Also, there is free parking everywhere on the street. The apartment itself is perfect - it has everything you need, even If you stay longer than 2-3 days! It is spacious, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped (I love it when there is coffee to make as soon as you get up in the morning 😄), the bed is very comfortable! Definitely our choice for our next trip to Thessaloniki!

Everything was perfect, fully equipped kitchen, clean and cosy rooms, big terrace, smart tv, nice location, easy self check-in and very good price. I think this is my first time when apartment was 10 out of 10.

Actually I can't say, that there was sometnig in the apartment, that I really didn't like. The bathroom and the bedroom were not very big, but it is because of the building design, I think a lot of houses in Thessaloniki are narrow. And the neighbourhood is, let's say, a little bit simplier, with all the cats and cat's stuff on the street. But these 2 issues have nothing to do with the host, who does care about her guests.

Penny is a very nice host, she gave us intructions, how to get the keys and it was really easy to check in/check out. There's a lift in the building , so it's convenient to bring your luggage. You have everything you need in the bathroom (inkl. q-tips etc) and a washing machine. There are 2 rooms (bedroom and a living room with air condition) and a balcony, where you can enjoy your evening. A lot of things were new (for example, towels, baby bed), there' s even a first aid kit in apartment, which is really not common in other apartments. We felt us very welcome, because the room was prepared with heart. There's also a kitchen with a coffe-machine, big fridge (not a mini-bar-fridge) and other things you need. If you are comming by car, you can park for free on a street, which is very convenient, because in many other places you have to pay for parking.

Penny as a host is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Her apartment is in great location, just 15min walking from main Aristotle square. Its very homely, modern design and very clean. There's everything you will need for your stay in Thesaloniky. We enjoyed our stay there and will be happy to return back. Thank you

The location was easy to locate from the city center. There’s a bus stop about a minute away from the apartment. Very convenient for accessing the city center. The kitchen was also stocked with the basics needed.
